  I am to this location for the 1st time with my 3 cats and the staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. The took such care of my cats with love and care. The cats were absolutely comfortable for being in a new space. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone for their pet needs.

  The staff was nice and polite but unorganized. I used “Petco” way back in the day where they offered discounted vaccinations on certain weekends. Now that they are Vetco🐾🐕‍🦺 that went out the window and they charge for a visit every single time you go in for a vaccination. I have a new puppy and needed a number of vaccinations. They have puppy packages, but nothing was explained to me so every single time I went in it was an average cost of $180-$200. Part of that was the cost of the office visit every single time. The worst is the receptionist canceling my appointment because they didn’t receive three confirmations. Which is ridiculous. Every Doctor , vet, and dentist Do a phone call confirmation and text confirmation. I received a phone call, confirming my appointment And I received a text to confirm my appointment. The day I went to my appointment they informed me that they canceled it because I did not respond to the third phone call. I had to reschedule, and it pushed all the puppies vaccinations back. When I went in for my third appointment, and last vaccination, they tell me that it was too early for the last vaccination. Meanwhile, They’re the ones that schedule the appointment. I had to get up early to be Told, That they had to reschedule me. They told me they would offer me some Complementary Gift or discount for my trouble but could not at that Time. They said they would make a note of it in my file, but when I went to the last appointment, nothing no complementary service no gift card to the store nothing. Needless to say, that was my last visit for my puppy to get his complete vaccines, and I won’t be going back. I was really hoping this would’ve worked out because they are close to my home.

  A bit disappointed- the first initial visit was great but the follow up invoice printing and prescription pickup took more than 45mins which is ridiculous! 🙄

  Very nice clean place staff we’re very kind and nice vet doctor was very nice and everyone was very professional but the price I paid was a bit high

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE IF YOURE GOING TO BE SEEN BY DR GREG GOLDSCHLAGER. HE LITERALLY FORGOT TO RINCE MY DOGS EYES AFTER DOING AN EYE STAIN TEST FOR HIS GLAUCOMA. WE THEN HAD TO COME BACK AND GET IT RINSED AGAIN JUST FOR MY DOG TO STILL BE UNCOMFORTABLE. HE NEEDS TO HIS VET LICENSE TOOKEN AWAY.
