    I’m so grateful for the care and attention Angelica received! The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Angelica is feeling so much better than before, and I couldn’t be happier seeing her improve. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and dedication to helping my little girl feel better. I truly appreciate everything you did for her! ❤️

    Horrible! Waited over an hour and they were pushing their merchandise and didn't keep the package price that I scheduled for. And most of all they wouldn't give my dog all the vaccines in one visit. I would never go back.

    Made a well appointment for my doodle and also to look at small pea size bump on leg. I was given an appointment and confirmation of the day and time. A gre days before my appointment Samantha calls me and tells me we need to reschedule bcus you booked it wrong. It's not a well visit bcus we need to address your dogs leg. She stated I needed a different time frame bcus it may take longer with what they may have to do. I then told her we didn't have to address the leg, but I still would like for her to have a well visit and I will follow up with her leg another day. She proceeded to tell me NO you still have to reschedule bcus you are not scheduled. Thos was very confusing bcus i know i received a day and time of appointment. I tried to explain to her that I wasn't understanding her and she rudely said again...you need to reschedule period. Smh...She was very rude and unprofessional. I was not understanding the situation and she was getting upset at me being rude. Vetco has lost me and my 3 animals as clients. This is not the first rude encounter that I have had with the same person.

    The service given to my cat was good. I have not received a printout of his visit and the doctor's findings. This is very important for me to know about the health of my cat. I have questions that I heard the doctor recording.

    I got serviced in Yonkers walked in and got seen right away they catered to my dog very well But Sade treated above and beyond she treated my dog as he was hers very patient and caring. They all were very nice 10/10 would recommend thanks to all that helped out.
