  treatment was exceptional and pricing was much better than smaller neighborhood vet options. The staff was also much more attentive and clearly communicated information and costs. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary tests or procedures. This is the best vet experience I’ve have in years.

  Everyone is nice but they’re completely disorganized. They prescribed my dog meds after a visit, had me wait for them just to tell me it’s not in stock and that they’ll call me when it’s restocked. They call me to tell me it’s back in stock and to pick it up and when I get there they tell me it’s not in stock…I’m still waiting for this medication and it’s been almost a week, this is really negligent for a vets office. Responding with ‘we’ll do better next time’ is unacceptable, my dog needs medication that your vets prescribed but I still don’t have access to it. Someone from Vetco needs to fix this

  Go elsewhere for senior or sick dogs. It’s a week later and I’m sitting in the ER with my dog. They didn’t disclose that the senior package, which includes x-rays, comes with another 200+ fee for the radiologist to review it. They need a better system for communicating lab results. It’s unreasonable to play phone tag with the one provider over multiple days to get results. Now I’m at the ER for kidney issues that the doctor mentioned but didn’t stress that he might need emergency care. Instead, he focused on his cardiac issues which is stable according to the cardiologist we see; I had emailed a copy of his cardiology report during my visit and it seems like he didn’t review it because when telling me the result, he was unaware that my dog is already on meds and being treated by a cardiologist. They don’t seem to adhere to their listed hours. For a full service hospital, I was informed that there is a cutoff time (a couple hours before closing) for dropping off stool samples. Lastly, I guess they had drawn blood from his neck and a huge bruise also remains surrounding the area they poked. The staff are mostly pleasant and it is easy to schedule an appointment.
