  During my visit to Petco, I found everything I was looking for and had a wonderful conversation with a young lady walking around with a small ball python, she was very professional and very sweet, I don’t remember her name, but she was cute

  Deeply frustrating experience with this location. I was trying to fill a time-sensitive prescription food order for my dog while managing an active medical issue. I was told my dog’s prescription food approval would take about 30 minutes, but after well over 3 hours it was still pending and no one was answering the phone. This was especially stressful because severe rain and potential flooding were expected between my area and this location, so I was trying to coordinate a safe pickup before conditions worsened. I’ve had a similar situation at the Mount Vernon location, and they at least answered, explained the process, and gave me options to get to a solution which I profoundly appreciated. I ended up making other arrangements and requesting a refund.

  No one answers the phone, customer service sucks, only one employee in the store when I was there. The place sucks!

  We scheduled a grooming appointment for our Chihuahua, then a few days after scheduling, we get a call from Petco from the groomer. The groomer says on how she is “new” and doesn’t feel comfortable taking my dog because she has noted that she doesn’t like her nails cut, even though other groomers see that note and buff her nails instead since my dog has been going to this Petco for over 10 YEARS. She canceled our appointment due to not “feeling comfortable” because she’s new, and that’s an excuse. The groomer works their way around, doing their job. Groomers have muzzles if they feel like they need it, so one could have been used just for the simple fact of cutting her nails. Flat out canceling for not wanting to cut my dogs nails? If you feel uncomfortable doing something that is apart of the job to the point where you need to cancel a WHOLE APPOINTMENT, you should not be working there. Unfortunately I do not know the groomers name, but If i did i would be putting her name because this is ridiculous.

  The best place to take your babies. A bit far but worth the travel. My papi was treated like royalty by both Vetco and the groomer. She is awesome (gypsy girl) and the manager was awesome too. Thank you guys 🙏 Papi is happy and yes he did pose for this pic ❣️
