I am unsure if it is because of my age and appearance. I have noted that each time she only seems to be more cheerful and respectful with more older adults and those of the same complexion as her. I have never had bad instances in other petcos or PetSmart and only at this location. I take good care of my parakeets and provide them with the best health and care. Really would appreciate if something was done about this.

She was very kind and told me that the veterinarian would see my dog, but I never actually met or spoke with the veterinarian. Before leaving, I was told that everything looked fine. However, when I got home and reviewed the visit summary, I saw a section highlighted in red indicating that my dog needed dental treatment. This was never explained to me during the visit, and no one discussed the diagnosis, its severity, or the recommended treatment. As a pet owner, I expect to be informed about important health issues affecting my dog before leaving the clinic. Learning about a condition that requires treatment only by reading the summary at home was frustrating and concerning. The staff was friendly, but the communication regarding my dog's health was not adequate.
