  Shout out to Anne for helping me get the probiotic I needed for my kitty! I also really appreciate the time she took to show me the app so I can get great deals and stack points. She also took the time to explain the probiotic and to ensure I knew to look for the AAFCO cat food label so I know which foods are healthy. Anne taught me to add a little water to my kitten’s wet food so they get enough hydration. I learned so much in one visit, I can’t thank you enough Anne!

  Not all pet stores are made the same. Had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Melissa about my saltwater fish, cat, and dogs. It's amazing the complexity that our hats have between their personalities, eating habits and general behavior. It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location. The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers. Who would have thought that I learned something interesting about cat food with gravy? Good stuff!
