It's amazing the complexity that our hats have between their personalities, eating habits and general behavior. It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location. The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers. Who would have thought that I learned something interesting about cat food with gravy? Good stuff!

The tanks are clean and well stocked. Store itself was very clean and everyone person working said hi when we walked past them. I wish all Petco Stores were like the Williamsville, NY store.
