- KCKimberly Castle4 days ago5.0I stopped into the Petco in Watertown,NY today to purchase a dog ramp and got exceptional service from the supervisor Marisol. She is truly an asset to the company. Kudos to her and her hard work. Even during a power and internet shut down I watched her not only handle that professionally but did it with a smile meanwhile taking care of all of us customers.

They wouldn't check her in because the groomer wasnt there yet and apparently they are not allowed to check in other groomers clients??? So 2 groomers are standing there not able to help or check my dog in... fine. I figured we would just walk around the store while we waited so I opened the store door and it hit my dog in the foot causing her nail to split and bleed. The groomer gets there and they tell me they can't groom my dog because her paw is bleeding. We literally drove 35 minutes for nothing. This all would have been avoided if they would have checked her in when we arrived 10 minutes early just like they have in the past. I've been bringing my dog here for 3 plus years. Now I have to find somewhere new to take her because the customer service is zero stars. The groomers were rude and unhelpful. Dont waste your time.

I have purchased idk how many pets from them and they have all lived to be old so the way they take care of them before some one buys them is also a good thing.
