- RSReann SinghAug 7, 20261.0Took my two dogs to get spayed recently, they performed the surgery on one dog, they claimed the other one snapped at staff and proceeded to put her in a cage until pick up time. They did not inform me of this until pick up time. She was in the cage for four hours and was handed off to me covered in her feces. Staff should have called me to inform that the procedure was not done to pick up my dog. Extremely long wait times as well (2+ hours after my appointment).

Lab fees are reasonable. The vet took the time to answer all our questions and gave very good advice. I would use hospital again if needed.

From the moment she entered the exam room, her demeanor came across as unnecessarily rude, abrasive, and hostile. Her approach was so unexpected that I was genuinely caught off guard and found myself stunned into silence. We were excited for our puppy's first veterinary visit and to begin the process of getting him vaccinated. Instead, what should have been a positive and informative experience became an unpleasant one that left us with a negative first impression of the practice. Because of this experience, I specifically requested not to see Dr. Singletary again. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future clients—especially first-time pet owners—receive the welcoming, respectful, and compassionate care they expect. The front desk staff set that standard, and I hope future visits reflect the same level of professionalism.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
