- EEErikaSep 23, 20265.0Staff is great and very loving with our furry babies. I have taken Bella there a few times and I love how happy she looks when I drop her off. She doesn't even say bye to me. She loves it!
- ABAna Carolina Lopes BelliniSep 4, 20262.0My dog bumped his head while taking a bath at Paws A Play. They called us shortly after it happened and told us not to worry about it, but he developed a lump after hitting his head in the area where they bathe the dogs. I understand that accidents can happen, but unfortunately, I don’t feel I can trust the safety of my dog there anymore. He has had many baths with professional groomers before, and nothing like this has ever happened. Also, we did not ask them to give him a bath. They told us they had to bathe him because he was very dirty after playtime, but this was done without our consent, and it ultimately resulted in him injuring his head.

- CRCurtis ReidAug 24, 20261.0Be very careful with this place “Paws and Play “ I took my 6 month old Rottweiler there for 10 days training $1,600 on the 3rd day he caught this nasty month sore and when I picked him up he stank of urine badly he also caught a nasty cough and I’ve heard from a staff member they’re not very clean they also kept him in a nasty cage for over 16 hours a day,,,They try to make it seem as if they are a very well clean facility but even on my dog first evaluation with them when I received him he stank of piss
