- LXLizi XieAug 10, 20261.0Our dog Suki stayed here 7/30-8/8. When we picked her up, I noticed she was coughing and her right eye had discharge but she’s still active so I didn’t think it was a problem. The next afternoon Suki coughed more and seemed lethargic with mucus in her nose. We took her immediately to VEG ER and did X-rays and blood tests and Suki was diagnosed with infectious bronchopneumonia. I feel so bad for Suki! When we checked out, the staff did not say anything!

Phoebe has made lots of doggy friends, and with her being so young, she has been able to gain amazing social skills. I highly recommend sending your dog here for the best time away from home!

- LELou EJun 26, 20261.0I have used this place in the past and they were always good to my dog. When I went to make a reservation for November 2026, I was told my dog is too old. The person I spoke to, said the cut off age is 13. When I replied my dog is 13, the cut off age went down to 12. My dog has no health issues, and had gotten a clean bill of health from the vet 3 months ago. 👎
