- MGMichelle Granuccitoday5.0I have been a vital care member of Petco for several years now. I have used both the vetco clinic and the total vetco hospital at petco in Bricktown, Staten Island, NY. Recently my dog had a issue that needed surgery. Dr. Saad, was very helpful, informative and compassionate. He was able to get my Zoey in quickly for surgery and he took care of it completely. He called personally 3x to ask about her after surgery and today he took out her stitches. She has healed very well. I'm very happy with Dr. Saad. He's an excellent veterinarian and surgeon. Also, I must mention Victoria who answers the phones and checks you in and out - she is wonderful. She's always happy, upbeat, has a smile on her face and helpful. The technicians that I have interacted with me and my Zoey thru the years are also very thorough and friendly. I appreciate everyone who works at Vetco Total Care.
