  We had such a wonderful experience at Bond Vet in Roslyn. The entire team was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well organized. Dr. Leung is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated to her patients. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. I’m so grateful we found Bond Vet and especially Dr. Leung. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!

  Fantastic Veterinarian Clinic! My dog was extremely sick and they took me in on short notice. They diagnosed the problem on the spot. They basically saved my dog’s life. I am forever indebted to them!!! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The fees are very reasonable as well! In addition, I love the fact that when it comes time to put in my insurance claims; bond vet is extremely helpful with the paperwork. That way I can be reimbursed from the insurance company quickly. Highly recommended this establishment. I would not take my dog anywhere else!!!!

  I came in today for my appointment at Bond Vet and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience at the front desk. The young woman with curly hair was extremely rude and dismissive when informing me there was an emergency and that my dog would not be seen for a few hours despite having a scheduled appointment. I completely understand that emergencies happen at veterinary offices, and of course those situations need to be prioritized. However, I asked why clients with appointments are not called ahead of time when there are significant delays, especially for those who may be driving a long distance. I was told, “We don’t call our clients. If you have an appointment, we don’t do that here,” in a very sassy and unprofessional tone. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and lacking basic empathy or customer service. A simple courtesy call would have prevented a wasted trip and a very frustrating experience. I left feeling disappointed not because of the emergency itself, but because of how the situation was handled. They do not recommend

  As a dog parent who always prioritizes the best care for my pet, I am very disappointed with the service I received. I expected to be able to trust the veterinary team to fully support my dog’s health, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I waited over two and a half hours for a response regarding my dog after his treatment, and I was not informed that he would need to be retested once the treatment was completed. This lack of communication was very frustrating and concerning. Additionally, I was prescribed a treatment that appears to be available over the counter for a significantly lower cost, yet I was charged $185. This has left me feeling as though the focus was more on cost than on care and transparency. Because of these experiences, I do not feel confident continuing care with this clinic and will be seeking veterinary services elsewhere.

  PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ: My dog and I have never been to a vet and that statement still stands, It felt like we were walking into a home. The staff were so friendly, understanding, and reassuring. All my doubts and worries were answered and my dog loved it. When I saw Troy jumping on the table and on to the staff, I knew I chose the right place. Throughout their examination, they were comforting him and he was just taking in all the love. You can tell that they love animals, this isn't just a job. They were very upfront about pricing and took the time to explain everything to me. Very professional and at the same time, we were able to share some laughs. This location was very welcoming and I'll never forget this experience. We will be returning soon for sure from some extractions and dog hugs. Thank you for all that you do and for all the love. -Eddy & Troy
