Everything was seamless - they were ready for me right on time, had my cat in and out for her rabies vaccine, and she wasn’t even phased. Wish the vaccine was cheaper, but the 1 and 3 year have the same price, and they sent a 20% off coupon when I booked her appointment.

I didn't intend to even write a 'review' but I want to just kind of ask for the staff of the vaccines to consider monitoring. I will start off by saying I am fully for these shots in general and I'm not even sure if it was/is accidental or...whatever. Yesterday (as it is almost 2am now) My fiancé brought our cats in for shots. One hadn't had them before, the other was a year overdue. One couldn't get them, because he's terrified of everything and they didn't feel comfortable handling him (which, fair enough). Our other cat, did get it. They gave her a paper about potential side effects and sent her off, which...could just be normal. Either way, we got on the bus shortly after and almost immediately something was off. Originally we thought it was just the stress of being out the house, but she threw up in her carrier. She was panting, and again thought it was just being away from her water for about an hour and it was fairly warm. Getting her back my fiancé could tell something was off and our cat had some accidents upon getting home. In the next fifteen minutes, she was off in an uber to an urgent care where our cat stopped breathing and despite them trying CPR and other measures, we lost her. When I tell you it happened in less than an hour...it happened in less than an hour from getting the shot. She wasn't a sickly cat and she had apparently had this exact one before, but something this time was different, or it was a different shot...dose...I don't know that is simply speculation. Not a vet or a doctor at all. All this to really say I would like for them to consider sitting and monitoring animals as they administer these, with measures to ensure it doesn't happen again. For humans, they do this, I remember getting one not to long ago and they made me sit for 20 minutes before letting me leave. I think if there was something like that for our kitty, we would still have her. Again, I am all for shots, because they need them, but I feel like there should be some extra measures for these clinics. Anyone who reads this, I am not saying don't come here, just be aware and check as much as you can if you can.

Every worker was very friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and efficient. Great with the animals no matter how moody they were.

Very corporate, very in and out. The free exam is BS, they looked at my dogs for 2 seconds. Its all about the vaccines which is what I initially wanted for grooming, but I walked out with a huge bill as they highly recommend all the vaccines and youre paying the same price as you would at a vet. So at that point, why not see a vet that will be more thorough and have a more premium experience. Also the check in system is weird. They make you stand for a bit and "check in" with repetitive questions and then the girl who isn't a doctor asked what vaccines I'm getting, which is pointless b/c you don't know what the vet will say/recommend. It's just the small stuff that irritated me, it wasn't the worst experience but wasn't the best.
