- JLJulia LandryAug 23, 20261.0Zero communication. I have tried calling for 3 weeks now, and have left 2 voicemails requesting a call back. I am trying to make a follow up appointment for my dog. I’d LOVE to use their online system, but it will not let me. It will only let me make day-of appointments and there is never anything available day-of. Why give me the option to make the appointment online if it won’t work? Why not return phone calls? Bad communication, unfortunately. Do not recommend.

All the little things that frustrated me at other veterinarian places are corrected at this facility. I’m in a room and face-to-face with a nurse within 5 min of arrival with the doctor coming in shortly after. One of the main reasons I started at Stoney Pointe is because they keep availability each day for Urgent Care-type of appointments when something inevitably happens to my dog. The small procedures that my dog has needed in the past is typically cheaper than I expect it to be, and they’re transparent with their pricing, opinions, and reasonings before providing a service. Most importantly, they have earned my trust when I bring my dog to see them.
- JCJennifer CammarataJul 9, 20265.0Dr. Wylie at Stoney Pointe Pet Hospital was highly recommended to us by our dog trainer who has been working with our dog since she was a puppy. We adopted Brioche when she was 16 months old and she came with some anxiety issues. We brought Brioche in for the first time last week, Brioche being a returning patient, while we were new to the practice. Brioche seemed comfortable and made herself right at home in the exam room. Dr. Wylie was great with her and answered all of our questions. She gave Brioche her vaccine and did a blood draw right in the room with us due to Brioche's nervousness and Brioche seemed unbothered as she worked on a lickmat of cheese and treats. The whole staff was very friendly and the way the office is setup decreases the chances of pets running into each other in the wait room which I appreciated. Overall we had a great experience!
