  They turned me away after accepting my appointment and driving all the way out there. I understand refusing to groom my dog because he has a heart murmur, But the fact that it’s an option that you can check on the form prior to the appointment, and they still accept it and don’t tell you until you drive all the way there is ridiculous. Petco will never get a cent of my money ever again. Also, the appointment was scheduled for 8 o’clock, and none of the employees showed up to the store until 805. Edit: Cool story bro, doesn't change the fact that you guys waited until the customer got there before reading their appointment information just to turn them away. I have contacted my vet, who has given me the okay to groom him, and have secured an appointment with Bark Avenue.

  It was okay , I have a xs teacup yorkie online the cut says 40 then at check out it says 64 and then leaving petco it’s 80 dollars lol cute but just not worth it they charge extra for using they soap for the wash lol & extra sneaky fees that I just don’t like . I won’t be returning ,

  This Petco location does a wonderful job with our pup. Sierra is our groomer. We are contacted via text for appt confirmation, reminder and when pup needs to be picked up and a response given immediately if a question asked. They are patient and understanding. Our pup’s first time there she got a little anxious/whiny when ready for pickup. I was apprehensive to leave her; Sierra reassured me and gave an estimated timeframe that accurate. Pup was well taken care of…from dropoff, through grooming and pickup…she was happy to grab snacks after. The second time was great as well! The team is pleasant, attentive and friendly. My questions were answered and information given on another possible service without being pushy. The grooming area from what I saw was clean including the store as I went into the store to search and staff available/knowledgeable to assist in finding or if need be, to order items. We will be returning!

  I’m a frequent client of Pittsford Monroe Ave location and that is because I receive consistent outstanding service. The groomers are professional and kind. The grooming service is great with overall high quality results. And on this occasion Misty was able to squeeze my appointment in although she was already booked. Excellent customer service!
