I understand refusing to groom my dog because he has a heart murmur, But the fact that it’s an option that you can check on the form prior to the appointment, and they still accept it and don’t tell you until you drive all the way there is ridiculous. Petco will never get a cent of my money ever again. Also, the appointment was scheduled for 8 o’clock, and none of the employees showed up to the store until 805. Edit: Cool story bro, doesn't change the fact that you guys waited until the customer got there before reading their appointment information just to turn them away. I have contacted my vet, who has given me the okay to groom him, and have secured an appointment with Bark Avenue.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind and it is easy to see they absolutely love animals. That being said, Alexis is our girl. Truly such a sweetheart, and my rescue pup adores her. Alexis takes such care and pride in her work - it shows with how she handles the dogs both verbally and physically. Our sweet pup looks so healthy and clean after. Alexis is just amazing. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Lemi Lou 💜
