I needed to obtain an international health certificate for my cat. Before I went in, they left a voicemail message that sounded very friendly, explaining the necessary procedures—information I had already found online—and scheduled an appointment for me. When I arrived at the scheduled time for the blood draw, the nurse on duty had absolutely no understanding of the process and couldn’t answer any of my questions. She told me to wait and ask the doctor, but when she returned, she ignored my questions and spoke in a way that was hard to understand. Since my cat is timid, when they were carrying her for the blood draw, they roughly pulled her out of the carrier, causing her claws to fall off! I asked how I could track the blood test results, and they told me to wait for notification. However, I could have easily obtained the results myself using my cat’s microchip number. After the report was mailed, I contacted them to ask if I could pick it up, but they told me they hadn’t received it and asked me to wait another two weeks, saying that test results usually take a month to come back. Then, that afternoon, they called to say my report had been mailed. The name of my pet on the report was different from what I had previously recorded. This clinic really can’t handle anything properly! I called again to ask about the next steps, but the person who answered just said a few words and hung up on me. I called several more times, but no one answered.

Kali K. is the BEST employee at this place!! She is always so kind and caring. Anytime I need something, she is always there to help. She deserves a raise!!! She is the “cat whisperer”. Every time i would take my cat to a different vet they would have to sedate her, which is hard on my poor cat AND it costs extra money. Kali is able to take care of my cat without sedation! She is the first person to be able to do this. She is an asset to the team at Banfield and they are lucky to have her! If you go to this place, ask for Kali and you will be satisfied!

Do yourself a favor and go to Webster. Henrietta is run by the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered in my life. Staff seem to not know anything but be know it alls at the same time. Extremely combative staff, on their cell phones in front of customers and actively not answering their phone. it is disappointing to see what is happening to Henrietta in general.

Georgia Mae was diagnosed with cancer in January. Dr. Nagel was compassionate as well as her staff for care that lasted until April 9, when she crossed the Rainbow bridge. We were deeply grateful for having the Banfield Hospital and its fine staff available
