- MAMissy Amatrano4 days ago1.0Scheduled appointment a couple days in advance. Show up and they say sorry can't see you today the vets at lunch. No phone call or anything before hand saying needed to reschedule. Drove 30 miles for nothing.
- MGMin GuoJun 27, 20265.0Adam is such a responsible and caring tech assistant, this is the first visit for my new puppy Candy, she immediately loves Adam. Candy has severe allergies to the vaccines received, Adam has been very carefully observing and taking care of her timely until she recovers. It was a scary incident, we were lucky having Adam and Dr. Gordon there and assured us everything was ok with Candy. I definitely will recommend Benfield to everyone. Thank you!

- PCpaula crawfordJun 1, 20261.0Henrietta office has went downhill they tell you to bring your dog at 8:00 in the morning only two sit in your car to 9:00 you can't get through to him leave a message then they wait too close to closing time until you can pick your pet up the dog only went for a checkup so why in the world would it take so long their services suck you can't even is leave a message and they don't call you until it's time to get your animal and that's at closing time they want you to stop everything you're doing and rush out there to get your animal not right I'll be looking for somewhere else detect my dog to plus the fact they have very high prices in pushy 😡
- GGGerry GoffMay 31, 20262.0I have a 15 year old lad that has been under the care of Banfield. Recently I tried to go through chewy to get some steroids for my dogs arthritis. We were told we need to bring him in. This is a 15 YEAR OLD dog that I was trying to spare him the pain of getting in and out of a car. You would think there would be a little more compassion, I guess I was wrong.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
