We had been waiting 2 and a half hours for the grooming appointment to complete. My wife asked if she could use the restroom. Initially the cashier asked his coworker for the restroom key. He looked at us and immediately stated that the restroom was out of order. They have 2 restrooms. 1 for employees and 1 for customers. As we were going downstairs to pick up our dog, my wife asked another young lady if she could use the restroom. She immediately opened the restroom door and allowed my wife to use it. The employee who lied and said that the restroom was out of order claimed that he was I instructed not to allow customers to use the restroom. It seemed to me it was more than that. Since he looked up and saw that we were African American, he'd had a problem with allowing us to use the restroom. My wife is a 71 year old Diabetic, who has to use the restroom frequently. I believe the employees name is Anthony or Tony..
