I brought my dog for a bath and the girl in charge said the dog looked too aggressive and she can't take it with that behavior... (I have a small pomeranian by the way) lol she didn't intend to interact or play and end up saying they can take dogs like that... WORST PLACE FOR GROOMING!!!

He went above and beyond to help me shop and find everything I needed for my sick kitten and took the time to share his knowledge and explain how to feed her properly, and keep her hydrated. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals and his customers. I really appreciate his kindness and guidance. Thank you Ethan you the best bro!!

I walked in and asked the lady at the register if she could check the status of my pickup order as there was only 10 mins left on the one hour wait time. She asked her bearded coworker who was organizing a stand if he can check in the back and he dismissed me and my pup; saying we should wait for an e-mail. My order was canceled because item was out of stock. Bought a raincoat and feeding mat and the lady apologized for her coworker saying “everyone has been in a weird mood today”. I apologized and said it was okay. As a first time dog parent I would think that Petco would go above and beyond for their customers and pet. The Crossbay location has much nicer employees. Placed an online order on the app for my harness and leash instead.

Despite that, the groomer did not follow my instructions and completely shaved him down, especially his face. I asked for a clean face, not a full shave, and I honestly don’t even recognize him now. The service overall felt disorganized. They seemed understaffed it took about 20 minutes just for someone to come to the front to check us in. Trying to call afterward was also frustrating. I was placed on hold for a long time and then the call just got disconnected. I won’t be returning based on this experience.
