  Where do I begin? From the very first visit where a new tech barely groomed my dog but still had to pay for the service. Second time I selected the “ manager” Bri was better, but when I took my dog again; this time I pick up my dog and I see Bri wasn’t even the tech providing the grooming services. Upon my arrival I’m told she had an “ emergency meeting” yet no one bothered to notify me! I STILL chose to take her again and I requested to not touch her lashes, what do I find to my surprise upon pick up?! Her lashes gone. Today’s post visit , I pick up my dog and Bri left for the day and I notice my dogs lashes are gone yet again after they grew back some. Her nails are never buffed after trimming and her paws are dry and rough no balm whatsoever. My dog wears shoes outdoors so her paws are always soft. I’m pretty sure they do not brush her teeth bc her mouth was just dry and I doubt it was done. It’s like I pay for a service and I’m trusting you to provide that service only to be disappointed each time. Waiting for a call back from a “ supervisor” which I hope to get after this honest review. It’s not right! Paying for services that aren’t rendered properly

  Petco had workers not openly friendly and willing to help. I also found products at PetSmart for a substantial amount cheaper and Petco was not willing to price match.

  The Petco on Metropolitan Avenue and Trotting Course Lane is excellent. Always well stocked. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

  Friendly staff but there are never any stock of crickets at the location on metropolitan Ave.
