- AYApolicarpio Yujá4 days ago1.0I have been a petco customer for years and today I went to buy food for my pet and the girl at the checkout is very slow and is texting on the phone 📱 I have 32 items and she charged me 44 items I always buy the same thing every week and it gives me a total of $77.56 and today it was a total of $112. I don't want to go against it but I tried to go to claim and the line didn't move and the manager wasn't there so I had to come with this problem the cashier should be more responsible to the work schedule of what happened Sunday, July 5 at 4:05pm

- ABaa bMay 30, 20262.0Some Petco's are great ... in the way a big box store can be. This one is not. It is okay, but somehow sad and depressing. Often shelves are not restocked quickly. There is a slacker vibe, which i don't think is the fault of employees but of management. Frequently there are sale prices on the shelves that magically don't show up when they scan it at check out, a particular peeve of mine. I really hope upper mgmt reads this and overhauls the store. I have talked to other pet owners and we all agree we avoid this one, but wouldn't if it upgraded from having the (current) vibe of a prison dining hall.
