He was patient, kind, and genuinely took the time to help us understand how to properly care for our newly obtained goldfish. Sam carefully walked us through the care instructions and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. He explained everything so clearly, and we actually learned several things we didn’t know before. It was clear that he truly cared about helping us give our fish the best care possible. We really appreciate Sam’s kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Sam, for taking the time to help us! You’re a wonderful representative of Petco. 🐠💙

I understand things happen but it’s too frequent when I go and or call I can’t get anything for my beared dragon I wrote this like two weeks ago today I come into the store and again this is literally the worst petco I’ve ever been too and no staff and with attitude I’ve called before even coming and cashiers look like they don’t even know what they doing as I’m literally waiting in the back for my crickets for more than 20 mins I give this pet co 0 stars cause it’s trash and as a customer you guys happily take people money but give bad service I won’t be coming back to this petco anymore
