  Had a small scare with one of my two cats the other day and brought him in to Queens Animal Hospital. I was very stressed out and nervous (as I’m sure most people are when they have a pet issue). The reception desk got us checking in immediately and were very friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Arias and the entire staff working that day gave my cat great care and I left feeling legitimately relieved. What really made this a 5 star experience besides the top notch care was the phone call I got from Dr. Arias breaking down my cat’s test results. I felt I got more details and a proper explanation from Dr Arias than I would my own doctor. I will be bringing our second cat for a check up and absolutely recommend them

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. David Arias. He was amazing with my dog, Roxy, and treated her with such care, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate his expertise and compassionate approach. I highly recommend Dr. Arias to anyone looking for a professional and caring veterinarian!

  I made the appointment the same day and they were able to accommodate my 2 dogs. Everyone was really friendly and we did not have to wait long.

  If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC. My dog had already been suffering from diarrhea for two days when I brought him to this clinic because I was concerned and wanted him properly treated. The doctor examined him and told me that he was more of a “natural healing, bland food” kind of person. I explained that my dog had already had diarrhea for two days and that I wanted medication to help him. The doctor then told me he would give my dog a couple of injections and that they should stop the diarrhea. After that, he left the room. A technician came in, took my dog to the back of the office, and told me they were going to give him two injections. I could hear my dog whining from the back, but I was not allowed to go with him. I paid $230 for this visit, and I expected my dog to at least show some improvement. Instead, almost 24 hours later, his condition was worse. The diarrhea had not stopped or even improved—in fact, he was having diarrhea more frequently than before we went to this clinic. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I brought my dog there because I trusted this doctor to help him, and I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of the medical experience, the clinic itself appeared filthy and poorly maintained, which made the entire experience even more concerning. I would never bring my dog back to this clinic, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend that other pet owners think very carefully before bringing their animals here. Our pets deserve better care, better communication, and a clean environment.
