  Mya was fantastic and so kind, she did a great job working the front area and making the guest feel comfortable. The vet assistant and doctor are wonderful as well. They did a Great Job explaining what’s going on with my sweet girl and making me feel comfortable with going about next steps! 5/5

  The doctor and the staff are very nice and kind, and they are not just a simple clinic, they can also do some hospital checkups or surgery, which is why I tried them. Highly recommended!! Will definitely recommend my friends and fams to them as their vet for their fur babies.BondVet will be my Nani and my future baby’s vet for sure.

  Excellent office. I called around noon for an appointment and at 3:00 my dog was seen. Office is very clean and friendly. Vet and tech were wonderful and very caring. Highly recommend

  My experience at this veterinary clinic was very disappointing. From the beginning of the appointment, I felt that the veterinarian was more focused on recommending the most expensive treatment plan rather than discussing more conservative or gradual options first. I was presented with a long list of tests and procedures, and it seemed like we could have started with something smaller before moving forward with more costly diagnostics. I was also unhappy with the administrative side of the visit. At checkout, I was going to get charged for something that I ultimately did not receive, which was frustrating and unprofessional. In addition, I still have not received the results of the tests that were performed on my dog, despite being told they would be available. Another concern was the amount of time I was left waiting after informing the staff that I had changed my mind and did not want to proceed with the biopsy. There was very little communication, and I felt ignored during that process. Overall, I found both the front desk staff and the veterinarian lacking in empathy and customer care. As a pet owner, I expected to feel informed, supported, and respected while making decisions about my dog’s health. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I left feeling disappointed with the level of care and service I received.

  Dr Mena Malek is THE BEST! Brought my cats to this location for the first time and it’s always nerve wracking but Dr Malek was the sweetest and my cats instantly loved her. She took really good care of them and answered all of my questions. Will def be coming back just for her moving forward!
