  Dr Mena Malek is THE BEST! Brought my cats to this location for the first time and it’s always nerve wracking but Dr Malek was the sweetest and my cats instantly loved her. She took really good care of them and answered all of my questions. Will def be coming back just for her moving forward!

  “Free first visit” apparently means “we’ll try to bill you anyway.” I was told my first time visit would be $0. During the appointment, I declined the extra testing they kept pushing. The breakdown I was shown in the room reflected that. Then at checkout, I was suddenly billed for the exam anyway. When I questioned it, a staff member I hadn’t even spoken to cited a “one per household” rule; something no one explained upfront or bothered to verify with me, considering the pet was my moms, and we don’t live together. It felt like the charge was added after the fact. They removed it only after I pushed back. Between the pressure to upsell and the inconsistent billing, this felt disorganized and not transparent at all. Staff is not very warm; just strictly clinical and pushy. I had to meditate for about 3 hours because of how pressured and off balance I felt after that visit. Not trustworthy, and safe to say I won’t be returning.

  My senior dog recently needed urgent care due to a UTI, and I had a very positive experience at this location. Dr. Malek and the entire staff were excellent, she took the time to clearly walk me through everything and was both kind and compassionate throughout the visit. Her bedside manner truly stood out, especially given how much our pets mean to us. I would highly recommend both this location and Dr. Malek.

  Bond Vet - Austin Hills provided such a great experience when I took Charlie in because she wasn’t eating well. Dr. Malek and her assistant took such good care of her with professionalism and genuine kindness. The ambiance is calm and welcoming, and the customer service is excellent from start to finish. I even went back to pick up more prescribed food since they’re just a short walk away. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy! I highly recommend them.

  The worse place ever. Very unprofessional. Talk about money all stuff, even nurse. I came in, explained the problem, so the front desk person gave a price. I was ok to pay, I brought my dog since her nails went inside her skin. Than met the , I’ve never that nurse talk about price not about my dog condition, most of the time she was asking if I am ok to pay. Then they told me to wait for two hours and we’re putting me in a small room. The best thing went I left and came the Blue pearl dog clinic. I highly recommend this clinic. Please do t ever think to go to and trust ur pet to bond vet. Terrible experience. Looks like they never seen money since this the only topic they use talking to the pet owners
