  I brought my dog Peach in for a swollen paw, and although they couldn’t see her, Caroline went above and beyond by helping me get Peach to the nearest emergency vet hospital in the rain. That level of compassion and care speaks volumes about Bond Vet and their staff. Thank you, Caroline, for being so kind and looking out for Peach when we needed help most!

  I came in this morning with my pup Bailey, and I honestly had such a great experience at Bond Vet. Everyone was so kind, patient, and gentle with her. Bailey came in with a skin infection, and they took the time to do all the necessary tests and explain everything to me clearly. One thing I really appreciated was that they went over the full price breakdown with me before charging me, so there were no surprises. They also listened to my concerns and made sure I understood what was going on and what Bailey needed. Bailey can be extremely terrified and anxious when it comes to vets, so I was honestly surprised by how well she did this time. The way the staff handled her made her feel much more comfortable compared to some of our past vet experiences. I really appreciate the care and patience they showed Bailey and me. I would definitely recommend Bond Vet to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about their pets and takes the time to listen. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🐾❤️

  I had such a great experience at Bond Vet. Receptionist , doc asst, and Dr Diaz were absolutely amazing; patient, caring, thorough. with what the next steps may be. I highly recommend her as your dvm. Why there are 4 stars, it's bc they didn't have meds my cat needed and now I'm waiting until Tuesday to get them thru chewy. Order was put in sat and my cat is still wheezing without it. (Doxycycline liquid) Pls have this on hand in the future. It's not uncommon as a medication

  We used to go to the one in Astoria, but we’re glad they finally opened one in Forest Hills!! Great team, they almost always accept appointments made on the day of!!

  Used to have a good experience here, but you can’t reach anyone on the phone anymore. It defaults to an AI bot and they never connect to the clinic siting they are busy with other pets which is understandable. I’ve never been able to get a callback either. Their texting feature also isn’t great as it’s taking days to correct my pet’s prescription as I mistakenly gave chewy an incorrect shipping address where as with a simple phone call it could be resolved much faster. Really disappointed with the client experience here.
