  I’m very sorry for your loss. Here’s a polished review that expresses your appreciation while keeping the focus on your experience with the clinic. During one of the hardest days of our lives, the team at Bond Vet in Forest Hills treated us with incredible compassion and kindness. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, and every member of the staff was gentle, respectful, and genuinely caring. They explained the entire euthanasia process, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, and treated our cat with dignity and respect in his final moments. We will always be grateful for that. Another thing we greatly appreciated was their honesty and transparency. I called several clinics, and many quoted high prices with confusing fees and variables. At Bond Vet, the pricing was clear, reasonable, and exactly as explained, no hidden fees or surprises. Thank you to everyone at Bond Vet for your compassion, professionalism, and for helping us through such a painful moment with so much care.

  The clinic in person is a great experience and your pet is very well taken care of when there. However, every time I’ve called in, I always have to speak to an Ai bot that doesn’t even connect me to the clinic. It’s super frustrating and I really hate it because it’s not helpful at all. I want to speak to someone at the clinic to fill my pets prescription, I don’t need an Ai bot to tell me what to do when it can’t even do the thing I’m calling about. Please remove this feature if possible.

  My dog was limping. In the AM. In the PM. It was now Sunday PM. A picture showed a sticky substance deep in the front left paw. Wait to go next day to regular vet? The one you know and trust. Avoid emergency fees? Or listen to your better? And go to Bond Vet on Austin St. Appointment made online in a snap. Bond Vet took my dog right away. Gentle with him too. Carla the nurse diagnosed it (gum!) in a jiff. With her trusty assistant an electric razor removed paw hair (with gum) carefully and quickly. Fee? Negligible. Now Bond has a new fan! Bond. Vet Bond.

  Late $155 fee No show $50 fee Canceling within 24 hours $25 fee Rescheduling your appt $25 fee I was late for 1 minute yes 1 minute I Called 2x ahead of time no answer every call is automated forwarded calls Vet said $155 late fee because now I'm considered a walk in.. So I walked right out.. this place has no customer service Disgraceful and money driving everything is a fee, not concerned for your pet save your money and time.
