This facility is always very clean and well kept. Dr. Jen and Rose were compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. They really took the time to assess my baby’s needs and were very thorough when conducting assessments and tests. In addition they never made me feel rushed and made sure to explain everything clearly and effectively. They are always very kind, caring and gentle with my dog. I would highly recommend this vet bond location to all.

first time coming here for urgent care for my pup, although appointments were fully booked they took him in to triage first. Rose at the front desk was so patient and compassionate, a great experience from the start which you dont always get at vets. Dr S was able to explain what the issue could be and explore next steps for diagnosis. They went over estimated with me in a very calm, caring and not pushy way at all which i appreciated under the emotional duress i was experiencing. office is very professional and clean, i’m so glad this is close to my house. huge shoutout to Rose, Dr S and all the staff at this location. thinking about switching my pups care from our vet to bond for their services and accommodations.

Do not bring your pet here for anything other than standard annuals, and that is being kind. This facility was my primary vet for my first year in New York. When my dog was having an emergency we were turned away despite being literally next door and I was forced to drive 30 minutes across town to another vet with a seizing dog who experienced 4 additional seizures between the time I called bond vet and the time I arrived at the emergency facility. As the primary vet (and a vet listed as an emergency provider), I’d expect a little more concern and at least an offer to stabilize the dog before expecting me to drive 30 min with him in critical condition. Thankfully the emergency vet worked a miracle and brought him back to life. Sadly, because they provide emergency services only, I had to schedule follow up care with his primary vet. After such a poor experience with our emergency, I was skeptical, but decided to give another chance. The vet charged me $125 for a 10 min visit, told me the dog was fine (I’m not even sure she read the medical records I provided from the ER vet) and agreed to fill his prescriptions. Ok fine. But when it came time to fill the prescriptions, I was told more than a day later (despite communicating that I only had a small supply of seizure meds left) that their pharmacy didn’t offer what I needed and I would have to find another source. They offered no alternative and left me to do the leg work alone. Strike 2. Once I found the alternative, it took several days to approve the script, which caused additional delays that required another emergency visit just to make sure that I had sufficient meds to get through the week. These people had zero sense of urgency with filling a critical prescription for a dog with a life threatening seizure condition. Strike 3. I should have learned my lesson but in the aftermath of caring for a now seizure prone elderly dog that doesn’t sleep through the night, I didn’t have the time or energy to search for a new vet. So when refill time came, I sent the script through bond vet again, hoping for a better outcome. A week after my request, I got a standard text message that the refill was taking longer than expected. No phone call. No personal touch. When I replied to relay the urgency, I got a follow up message that the order was cancelled. This is unacceptable behavior. I thought veterinary doctors had a level of duty of care!!!??? I’m telling you these people could not care less about my dog. The service I have received has been disappointing and negligent, at best. If I am able to file a formal complaint with the license provider, I will. Im absolutely disgusted.

I wish I could give Dr. Stanton the praise she deserves. My cats have been patients of her for years, and we will follow her wherever she goes! Dr. Stanton saved my senior cat's life many years ago and I am forever thankful for the care she always provides. Though Bond Vet may not be an ER care facility, Dr. Stanton is an excellent clinician. She is honest and kind, and she will get you your answers. I was a first-time Bond Vet client and was very happy with the care (and pricing) that we received. I would highly recommend Bond Vet.

My dog was not feeling well. I was able to get an appointment in less than an hour for an emergency visit. The place is extremely clean and the staff were very professional and courteous. The put your mind at ease and made you feel very comfortable. They asked all the right questions and explained in detail their suggested treatment plan including upfront cost. Everything was done precisely with urgency. You can tell that they care about their patient wellbeing and their follow up was excellent. I highly recommend them to all pet parents looking for quality care at an affordable price. And great service at all levels.
