  Great service and Friendly staff. Had a great experience with getting my puppy vaccinated. The nurses and vets walked me through all the essentials for first time dog ownership.

  The staff and doctors here are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. My dog euthanasia here. They gave us a lot of time to say goodbye and understood our sadness. Thank you for your help, which allowed my dog to leave in peace !

  Bonne Vet Bayside is truly exceptional. After finding a vulnerable baby kitten, I called numerous veterinarians who all turned us away, but this team didn't hesitate to help. Though they ultimately determined that kitten couldn't be saved, they handled the situation with incredible dignity. Beyond that, they helped me find homes for six other baby kittens, showing just how much they go above and beyond for the community. Their staff treats both people and animals with genuine care and professionalism.

  I have only amazing things to say about this location in Bay Terrace. The staff is second to none ,the love care and affection They showed my dog. Louie is always appreciated. They show so much compassion and truly treat everyone like family especially Louie. Simply put… I trust nobody else other than the staff in Bay Terrace. Simply the best. Louie usually gets a bit spicey with men but not with Andre.

  My experience at BondVet Bayside has been extremely disappointing from the very first visit. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and although I arrived just 10 minutes late, I received a text at 11:05 asking if I was still coming. I apologized and explained I was only five minutes away, but they refused to see me and pushed my appointment to 1:30 PM. It was cold and raining that day, so I had to take my dog to the park to wait in bad weather — all over a few minutes. During that first visit, they told me they needed a stool and urine sample from my dog, but they never gave me the kit. I only learned on my second visit that there was a kit I should’ve received. Instead, they tried to charge me a nurse fee for something that should’ve been handled the first time. To make things worse, they didn’t have one of the vaccines during the first appointment and told me to come back. When I returned, they tried to charge me the nurse fee again, even though I had already paid for it — and it wasn’t cheap. I had to explain the situation all over again just to avoid being charged twice for their mistake. Overall, this has been one of the worst veterinary experiences I’ve had. The lack of communication, the unnecessary charges, and the inconvenience they caused make it a place I cannot recommend. I will not be returning.
