  Bond Vet is very nice place to take your cat to. They explain everything to you. In reference to vaccinations, if you wanna wellness examination, and blood work and she needed her vaccinations which that's what I wanted for Nayah I found the staff to be very pleasant and very professional and i would go back if Nyah becomes sick.

  We had a first puppy visit for vaccination and skin issue concerns and the staff was exceptional! They were so kind and thorough- eased our minds and took care of our puppy girl very well! Thank you Samantha & Dr. Lauren Alvarez 💖

  Bond Vet at Bay Terrace has been a lifeline for my Pets. Dr. Stanton is very good and is really on top of all the latest and greatest when it comes to not only physical wellness but mental wellness. My girl Rose works the front desk and she is always on point. Whenever she answers the phone I know that I'm going to get the most efficient service. She was very kind to my mom when we had to day goodbye to our fur baby of 15 years. I ask a lot of questions and if she doesn't know the answer she will get me one. Being a pet parent can be tough but knowing that you have the best team a Bond behind you is very reassuring. Those are just two of the people I've worked closely with but honestly everyone I've worked with at Bond has been great.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Bond Vet today with my French Bulldog, Hercules. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Robert at the front desk was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. He made such a great first impression and brought such positive energy to the visit. I understand he normally works at the Brooklyn location, but I truly hope he visits this location more often! I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kelly Stanton. She showed Hercules so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to every single concern I had, never made me feel rushed, and thoughtfully addressed each issue. It means so much to have a veterinarian who not only listens to the pet parent, but truly prioritizes the health, comfort, and overall well-being of the animal in front of her. Every time we see Dr. Kelly Stanton, I feel confident that Hercules is in caring and capable hands. I also want to recognize the rest of her wonderful staff, including her nurse, who is always so patient and helpful with Hercules and takes great care of him when helping with his anal glands. Having a French Bulldog comes with plenty of questions and concerns, so finding a veterinary team that listens, takes those concerns seriously, and treats Hercules with such compassion means everything to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kelly Stanton and the Bond Vet team. Thank you for continuing to take such wonderful care of Hercules! 🐾❤️

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to the office with my son. The place is empty and it took 3 hours to get a toy poodle an exam and vaccines. There was no one in the waiting room. Even if all other rooms were filled with pets, the organization and flow of the office needs much to be desired if it takes 3 hours to get an exam and vaccines. My son who is ill and on Oxygen was not in any way taken into consideration. Not once did they even consider if his oxygen tank could maintain the amount of time we were there, even when I needed to change his tank. The blase' attitude by all the staff is incredibly disheartening. The front office clerk lounging at the desk looked like it was a bother to be checked out. She made an accounting error of $10 and needed to post a separate transaction to correct her mistake, then could not figure out how print the extra receipt for the mistake. We needed to wait for a followup call to schedule a dental cleaning because they do not have their schedule organized for the next month. We were there the last week of the current month. We finally get the call and after a paid $265 charge for pre op bloodwork for the dental cleaning the receptionist states that the dental cleaning will need pre medication that we would need to picked up. The logical thing would have been to prescribe the 2 pill medication while we were there, but it wasnt. Why it wasnt prescribed while we were there? I dont know. Now we need to drive the extra trip to pick up 2 pills. She then states that the dental cleaning will be $1300, yes, you read that correctly...$1300 after the $265 pre op blood work. I was livid. This office does not care about your time. This office does not care about your pets health. This office does not care about making pet care affordable. This office only cares about charging you as much as possible for each and every visit. As a 30 year human dental professional, after pre medication that would be given at home and then very little anesthesia needed, because with 2 doses of pre medication, it would take less than 15 minutes to clean a toy poodle teeth, do you think $1600 is a fair price.
