  Great. They always explain everything. There's never a hidden cost. Dr Rex os so nice and knowledgeable. She takes her tome with us and treats our dog with care. I try to always see her but have seen other providers there. I have never had a problem.

  DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE PREDATORY, SCAMMERS, AND ENGAGED IN ANIMAL CRUELTY. Last March, I brought my female cat here for an unresolved upper respiratory infection. Because my regular vet moved and I was recovering from personal injuries, we were new to Dr. H. When I stated I wasn't pleased with Dr. H's prior assessment and refusal to prescribe standard doxycycline, when my cat only recovered from URI’s with it, the manager, CONNIE, flew into an active rage at my next appointment when I told her my dissatisfaction. While in a rage, Connie performed an invasive urinary needle draw on my cat. I could hear the staff in the back talking trash about me while my animal was being roughly handled. Meanwhile, the front desk staff were openly talking about fighting some girl right in front of clients—totally hostile and unprofessional. When I confronted them, Connie screamed at me, lied saying I used bad language, and HELD MY CAT HOSTAGE. She literally refused to give my cat back to me unless I agreed to forced, unauthorized diagnostics. They extorted me under extreme emotional duress and charged me OVER $2,000 for a simple upper respiratory infection, forcing a disabled pet owner into massive debt just to get my animal back. My mother was on the phone and witnessed the entire screaming match and extortion.Worse, the vet that day ADMITTED to me that it was just a simple URI and that absolutely none of these diagnostics were medically necessary. To cover their tracks after Connie blindly jabbed a needle into my cat in a rage, they forced a partial X-ray that only looked at the bladder, leaving it unknown if Connie punctured her other internal organs. They blacklisted me afterwards to cover up their malpractice, and left my cat permanently traumatized, actively wheezing, and suffering from severe chronic health and weight issues ever since. They stole my money and ruined my cat's health. Avoid this place at all costs. This place doesn’t even deserve a star, if it could be a negative star I would give it

  Vetco total care is a great resource for pet owners that cannot afford to spend an arm and a leg on petcare. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and can handle most (just about any) of your pet's needs. It's worth the membership.

  Having to suddenly put a pet to sleep is always incredibly hard. The staff was so sweet and understanding. They made time for us and my beautiful baby who had to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr.Erikson and the tech with her ( truly wish I got her name ) they were both so amazing and gentle. I will be switching my other cat over to them 100% I really can't recommend them enough!
