He’s reactive with most humans, and closer to a wild squirrel in temperament, than a domesticate shorthair. But he had a visibly loose tooth, and so I had no choice. From the moment we arrived at the Vetco Total Care, the team was friendly, supportive, and caring. They gave us a private room, and the tech thoughtfully went over all my options, and was sensitive to all my concerns. Very quickly, they’d extracted the tooth; updated a needed shot for Lewis; and supplied us with antibiotics and pain relievers. And, with a new-patient coupon, the cost was a fraction of what I paid for vet visits in California. We will definitely be back. Vetco Total Care is our new go-to vet! Thank you to the Poughkeepsie team!

My vet was closed and the emergency vets they recommended could not see him. I called Petco who was booked. I explained the situation to them and the found a way to get him in within an hour. They were knowledgeable, understood my concerns regarding his heart, took excellent care of him and we walked out with a happy dog. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend them
