- JKJoseph KellyJun 30, 20261.0I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. While the staff may have good intentions, I left feeling pressured rather than supported during an already stressful situation with my dog. After seeking two additional veterinary opinions, I received a much more balanced and reassuring assessment of my pet’s condition and treatment options. I am happy I stopped the conversation where I did and exited. Pet owners deserve clear communication, compassion, and the opportunity to make informed decisions and have options without feeling coerced to make a large financial commitment to a treatment. Because of my experience, this would not be my first recommendation for veterinary care in the area.

They record your conversations inside the room and have no notification signage and do not ask permission to record. I’m sure they should listen to how their employees treat people and the ultimatums given without seeing your dog for more than 5 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE. But more importantly if you do get a second opinion because they are more than likely incompetent with their treatment path for your animal.

The staff there are very friendly as well. They showed they cared about my cat. I highly recommend them. Plus, they have late hours as well. Making it convenient for those who work until 5pm.

Dr Puzio did a thorough exam of the dog & was very pleasant & patient explaining each aspect of what was going on..his staff was thoroughly im the pre exam being sure to cover all areas
