  If I could give a Minus i Would! Plainview Petco Groomers are POSITIVELY The WORST!!! And the So Called Manager “Maria” (she said her name was) is Clearly One of the poor choices this establishment is run so Poorly. She is RUDE dismissive Lacks ANY Customer Service Sense & lack of work ethics. I am baffled how they manage to make Any money when She/“Maria” Consistently Closes / shuts Down BEFORE 3 pm EVERY day. A business that is Supposed to remain open till 7 pm. MIND BLOWING DiSGUST. “MARIA” should NOT be the face for Petco. I would NOT TRUST HER WITH A GOLDFiSH!

  Very poor experience at the Vetco Vaccination Clinic inside Petco in Plainview. I came in for my dog’s scheduled 2-week vaccine follow-up appointment. The employee, Matt, immediately told me I did not have an appointment. I tried multiple times to explain that I was specifically instructed by staff during my previous visit to return in two weeks, and I also showed my previous visit summary as proof. Matt refused to acknowledge what I was saying, did not attempt to verify the information, and repeatedly said he could not help me. He insisted I only look at his iPad and continued to interrupt me throughout the interaction. His tone was dismissive and condescending, including saying “Can you read this?” There was no effort to resolve the discrepancy or assist with the situation. I later contacted customer service myself, and they confirmed that I did in fact have a scheduled appointment for that day. Because of this interaction, I missed my appointment. Completely unprofessional experience I already have a case number: 14694009

  I brought my super shy and anxious puppy there to pick up some food and start to socialize him a bit more. I was worried that the experience would leave him even more anxious than ever before, but the Petco staff went out of their way to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. They brought him treats, spoke nicely to him, and treated him like their own. By the end of the shopping trip, my puppy felt more confident than ever before and I can’t wait to bring him back.

  Store has a good selection of items for Betta care and tank set up. The buy online, pickup in-store method is great to make sure what you need is in stock. Just do research because obviously all the items here aren't Betta safe. I bought a tank and some water conditioning supplies from here. I gave this location three stars because the associate who rang me up was a little dissmissive. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was an older gentleman, and he literally refused to enter in my email address for rewards points. My account wasn't tied to a phone number (due to a website error), and once he heard that it was an email instead of a phone number, he just said, "I'm not doing all that." Not even in a jokey way, he just said it straight up. Maybe he was having a bad day or something. I laughed in my head at the time because I've never had a cashier ever just say "no" to entering loyalty account information. 💀💀💀 So anyway, convenient location for supplies, I'll just maybe come back when that cashier isn't working. 😂 In this economy, I can't afford to not get rewards for my purchases, LOLOLOLOL.
