  Victims of a bad operating system and terrible costumer service. Whatever software they have to use makes check-ins slow, you will be waiting in line up to 20+ mins, and then have to deal with incompetence. I made an urgent appointment as my cat wasn't responding to her asthma medication so I wanted a different kind of rescue inhaler. I called and made an appointment for 3:45pm and instead of confirming, Banfield called me to ask to move my appointment to 2:30pm. I agreed only to be told that they never changed appointment time in the system. How are you going to call me to change the appointment time and then not do it? What was the purpose of the call in the first place? Moving my schedule to get my sick pet seen only to be told "I'll have to check you in closer to that time". Why is it so difficult to offer up an apology for wasting someone's time? You guys suck so hard.

  I love Banfield Hospital everyone there treats my pets like they are their pets. They explain everything to you. They’re friendly anything you would want someone who is taking care of your pet to be they are.

  I have been a Banfield client for over 12 years. I have their optimal wellness plan and always recommended the company to other pet owners. But this location (closest one to me since I moved) is making me cancel my plan in July and switch vets. Multiple times I’ve had appointments and I’ve waited over 2 hours OR MORE to be called. Today, I had an appointment at 3 that I made over a month ago. I got there right on time at 3, waited over an hour and 45 minutes and NEVER got called back. I ended up leaving as I had to go pick my son up from daycare and I knew I wouldn’t have enough time if I stayed longer. I came for routine vaccines and to get my dogs flea medicine prescribed. Waste of my time!!!!!! This is my final straw. I am completely done with Banfield and it’s based solely off this location. I would switch locations but there are no other convenient locations for me. They need to change something, no one should have to wait an hour and 45 minutes OR LONGER for a vet appointment on multiple occasions. Insane. Do better.

  Banfield is the best. The staff is so caring polite and professional. I recommend Banfield to everyone. You and your pet will really love it.
