This is a high volume veterinary clinic! Longer wait times are normal just as in human medicine. Give this place a try the wellness plans are so helpful! Special shoutout to nurse Lauren who is extremely thorough, and kind as she called me a couple days after Milo’s Dental cleaning to see how he was doing after his extractions! Another shoutout to Gess! Who is Milo’s favorite nurse as he wags his tail and kisses her each time. She is a Shih Tzu lover and he knows it, I know my baby is treated well here every time. Thank you to all the staff at Banfield Pelham I found a veterinary hospital I can trust ❤️

Violet did great for her dental cleaning and all the staff was lovely. Definitely recommend this for low prices and great care.
- CMChristina MONTALVOJul 10, 20265.0Hi first off shout out to Banfield STAFF super amazing and caring people I want to thank Hennessey for helping me so much and working with my budget I truly appreciate that my puppy was seen because I felt something was wrong with him and yes he has ear infection they took care of his his needs yes you don’t go in the exam room which I’m super grateful for that because that makes the exam more easier and faster , Second the care plans are super helpful and important to have especially when you have to routinely vaccinate your pet ummmm hello I was paying &100 change our care plan now we got us $85 I’m happy now when I go in I pay nothing carefree a lot of benefits getting care plan keep in mind in the care plan doesn’t cover the medication please remember that part to be honest my puppy medicine wasn’t that expensive, they don’t over charge you and no there no hidden fees I don’t know what ppl are talking about I always say treat ppl how you want to be treated . Honestly everyone there have amazing attitude and they care for your pets needs I’m happy I found this place. Goodbye PETCO VETCO HELLO BANFIELD HOSPITAL AND PETSMART :)

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
