    I got a cat out of a bad situation and I am trying to get him immunized against feline leukemia so that I can get him in a permanent home as I am allergic to the cat. Vetcro won’t help me get answers about the cat’s previous vaccines and there is no one to talk to who can make decisions about reasonable accommodations.

    I took my Boston terrier to the Larchmont location which is always great the employees are always nice the girl who feeds the pet and cleans up that Isles is always very very nice and pleasant. However, Bella is usual veterinarian was not there. They had a substitute veterinarian Dr. Danielle Sand who was extremely rude. She didn’t give me any instructions on what to do if my dog got sick she brushed me off and when I asked her for information on spay and neutering services she asked me If the Petco location we were literally at which is in Larchmont was in Westchester County because she doesn’t know Westchester County well so I should just look into any ASPCA shelter. Ma’am you drove to Larchmont so you should know that Large mine is in Westchester.The bottom line is her tone was very rough rude and dismissive. If she didn’t have her coffee then she needs to make sure she gets up earlier before she deals with people and their pets. If she is there I will never bring my dog back there again.

    We had such a great experience at Vetco Clinic! 🐶 Lulu came in for her annual vaccines, which she’s been getting at the Vetco Mobile Clinic since 2022. It’s so convenient since they set up at various Petco locations across NYC, and it’s also cost-effective because there’s no additional vet visit fee on top of the vaccinations!!! I highly recommend it! We were also so happy to see Dr. Mays again this year. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to explain everything and make sure Lulu is comfortable 🌟 FYI: Vetco Clinic is different from Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital.
