  We have been seeing Dr. Eve for the past three years with our cat Ziti and would recommend her to anyone! She is kind, thorough and very patient. She is also great with communication and will call personally to discuss test results and treatment plans. We feel so lucky to have found Rivergate and Dr. Eve!

  This is the best vet in NYC. Dr. Kross and his team are exceptional and will do everything to provide the best service to your pet. We have been going for years and are so grateful for their help and kindness. A special mention to Leo for his fantastic service and knowledge in case you need travel documents for your pet.   Kind, honest, careful, straightforward. My experience here was full of ease, organized, and just honestly left me feeling a great deal of comfort. My neighbor recommended me to this doggie doctor to me, and it’s easy to see why. I feel so much better knowing that I found a great vet in NYC.

  I arrived around 9:45 a.m. to schedule an appointment for 10:30 a.m. I came back at 10:20 a.m. and waited, assuming that since I had a 10:30 appointment, someone would call my name. When no one called me, I went to the front desk around 10:45 a.m. and told them I was still waiting. I was told, "They'll call you within two minutes." By 11:07 a.m., I was still waiting while other patients were being called in and out. When I asked the receptionist again, I was told that I had arrived late. That is simply not true—I was there at 10:20 a.m. They could have checked me in while I was waiting at 10:30. Then I was told, *i"I don't know what time they'll be able to see you."Even if I had actually arrived late for some reason, was I expected to wait indefinitely without anyone telling me? If that was the case, why was I told that I would be called in within two minutes? This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

  We love Rivergate! Our primary doc Dr. Eve is the BEST -- she's such a thoughtful, talented, and caring veterinarian. Even our pup Daphne loves her vet visits -- every time we walk by, she stops at the front door of Rivergate and asks to go in.
