  I just took my dog to Rivergate Clinic for the first time and WOW, I’m so glad I did! After moving to the neighborhood, I had tried a different clinic and I felt like that wasn’t the right place for us to take our dog. After getting two recommendations from neighbors for Rivergate Clinic, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Peter Kross is absolutely outstanding, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their patients and their owners. 10/10!

  Great office, big fan of the staff here except dr Sadeghi might just decide to skip your appointment on a whim. I was ten-fifteen minutes late for my appt at 12:30pm. The patients after me were scheduled for 1pm and were also ten minutes late. Dr sadeghi seems to not care if your dog is shaking from anxiety shedding off half her coat in the waiting room, and wanted her to suffer for 30 extra minutes. All just so that she could see other patients, that were also ten minutes late, that I arrived way before. I won’t be booking with her again.

  If I could give zeros stars I would. Thank you SO much for wasting my afternoon Rivergate! This was my first time here and I waited nearly 40 minutes for my dog to be seen while the entire time he laid on the floor shaking from anxiety. I asked not once but twice to see how much longer only to be met with an attitude by the two receptionists. My sincere apologies for asking you to do your job. The best part was when they let another patient in ahead of me that was there after me. After my poor dog started crying and continuously shaking, I got up to leave, only to be met with “ok we’ll reschedule you.” No apologies. No nothing. Please don’t bother rescheduling people who you clearly are able to neglect for 40 minutes. We won’t be back

  Dr Cavanagh is the best vet my animals have ever seen. He’s caring, knowledgeable and delicious. He handles my animals like no other.

  We have been seeing Dr. Eve for the past three years with our cat Ziti and would recommend her to anyone! She is kind, thorough and very patient. She is also great with communication and will call personally to discuss test results and treatment plans. We feel so lucky to have found Rivergate and Dr. Eve!
