When I arrived, I was greeted by Mika who was lovely and had cool heart shaped glasses. She was pleasant and accommodating to my needs during the check in process. She was very gentle with my 4 year old mini poodle. Since it was my first time. She explained the process and that it would take between 2.5 and 4 hours. It took about 4 hours and when I came to pick up my dog, he was beautifully groomed, soft and fluffy. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and it looked just like the photo. Mika is a talented groomer, very sweet and informative. When you go to this location, ask for Mika. 🐕🦺✂️💗
