We had such an amazing experience working with Colton! From the very first session, it was clear how knowledgeable Colton is about dogs and training. My puppy made incredible progress in such a short amount of time — from basic commands to better behavior and focus. Colton made every training session fun, effective, and personalized to my puppy’s needs and personality. Colton also taught me so much as an owner, which made a huge difference at home. This positive approach and genuine care for the dogs really stand out. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Colton to anyone looking for puppy training. Worth every minute!

Why does PetCo keep giving less than a shit about the small animals? I went there to pick up stuff for my kitten and several fish are dead/ half eaten inside their tanks on the basement floor. The bettas I won't even mention the fact they are stuck in horrible cups with no space. Petco could at least pretend to care about the wellbeing of all animals and if you have no capacity to take care of fish, don't sell them. I will be giving my hard working money to small business and I don't intend to set my foot in there again. Shameful

Horrible experience. I used to shop at this store for 2 years, sending my orders for pickup every week, but I’d rather switch to another brand or go to the union square location instead. Employees are incompetent and need to be retrained on customer service and deescalation practices. Dan (worst employee you can put in charge) and a female employee (I think her name was Bri) laughed in my face while I was trying to explain an issue. Dan kept saying they couldn’t help me and to “come back tomorrow”. I asked for a corporate number so I could call their customer service line to get help and he kept saying he didn’t know. HOW CAN YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT KNOW BASIC STUFF ABOUT YOUR OWN BUSINESS? He was ignorant and rude. I requested this to be escalated with the store manager but NEVER received a call nor did they want to even provide me with a name so I could try to reach them. I told them they lost a loyal customer and yelled “OKAY BYE”. Zero regards for customer satisfaction. I will never return to this store again.

You have a policy where, after purchasing six bags of food, the seventh bag is free. However, I find it unacceptable that if I buy a $70 bag, the free one is also—and *must* be—that exact same $70 bag, rather than a cheaper option. I consider this unfair, and I will no longer be purchasing from you; you are essentially stealing from the very people—us customers—who are the reason you have a business in the first place.

Store needs much much better maintenance, floors, restrooms, even walls are filthy. Cat adoption enclosure is inhumane, the cats stay there for weeks with no outside time at all.
