  I want to give a shoutout to Mika, she handled my baby Diana with care and she came out looking spectacular. We had a rough start but she handled that in professional way as well. Definitely book Mika if you want your baby looking fabulous!

  Definitely cannot recommend this place. Every time I schedule a groom, I call to confirm the price will be what the app says it will be. Then show up with $30 more to pay (+whatever I am now tipping on the added $30). They always give a different explanation and this time said that the haircut does not include using clippers, only trimming the ears, paws, tail, etc and a bath. That seems to be the a-la-Carte trim to me on top of a bath. They said a haircut only allows 15 min for them to work on the body (but that is of brushing, not the whole cut, per the website description). They said if I add the essentials package, that will include trimming, but it clearly says that includes conditioner, shampoo, teeth brush, paw balm. The website clearly says that the haircut includes clipping. It feels very rude and wrong to just make up new descriptions once clients are there. They are just making up extra charges. Plus after all that, they left her ears wet and barely brushed out (I did pay the 2 extra brush out charges for an additional 15 min each/30 min total because we were already there. She was done within 1.75 hours). Last time I complained, the groomer closed my account from booking online, so I called to clarify, same thing happened. Need to switch groomers it was just convenient but not worth spending $140 with tip. If you need the groom to cost more, corporate should have it cost more. It shouldn't be sprung up once you're there. Don't make me feel rude for going over what is included each package and telling me a haircut doesn't include clipping when it is on the website. I will say, general Petco customer service has been great, and has clarified what is included and not (clippers are included), but it hasn't affected the operations at this location.
