  the store is great in location, they always have what I need if Mia needs something quick... ( sometimes Mias amazon packages don't deliver on time) hence I can always count petco to have what she needs at the moment. Of course you pay for convenience, however that's just the NYC way of life.

  It was ok I didn't get to do what I needed which was do a tag for my dog I took my own and they said I had to buy a new one to just scan the receipt to be able to do a dog tag that was a bummer which I already had my own but besides that it was ok.

  Shawn has an absolutely disgusting attitude towards patrons and third party delivery drivers helping to deliver at this store. I was told it was very toxic towards third-party partners. He has an absolutely nasty attitude and this is the example he’s setting for the team in this unit. He went back and forth with me in a disagreement match at the front counter in front of a line of guest because he wasn’t doing his job by directing patrons and setting the tone in the front of the store. I’d like to add that third party deliveries drive revenue for this store, and these are the types of behaviors that stop Drivers from PARTNERING WITH YOU to help you to keep capturing these sales! He had very much of a Karen attitude and employees of the store were telling me to go online to report him! This speaks to the culture in the store, and how people feel about him who work with him every day? He’s always just nasty towards people of color, which makes absolutely no sense being that he’s not from around the block himself! Please lower the sass and drive the hospitality for all patrons that enter the store

  The early morning crew nice but the afternoon crew is disgustingly rude, the supervisor, not manager Ameris or whatever is egos trips and swears she run it there. Highly disrespectful and has no customer service training what so ever. While the alleged manager Shawn does absolutely nothing.
