- MSMisse SetGuddApr 11, 20261.0Horrible experience. Shawn the manager, Katherine the groomer and Fernanda the person at the front desk when I arrived were very rude on several levels. I called and was hung up on 4 times before I finally got through to Katherine who answered the phone and was very rude before my arrival. When I got there they were walking past me having conversations with one another instead of attending to my service. I will no longer be a customer in whole because I can see from the reviews I’m not alone. I called corporate and made a complaint as well. I was very embarrassed and say there for over a hour and left with no service.
