  I highly recommend Katie’s Kitten. Professional and personal, and so sweet with our cat 🐈 . Lois was great on communication from the outset, and Becky and Eleanor were fantastic, loving cat sitters over the holidays. We really felt that our cat was getting love and care, and she was balanced and calm when we got back. We were away for about six weeks, and care was daily.

  Excellent service! Very communicative of the whole process upfront, explaining the various options and how it works. I opted for a cat sitter to stay in my apartment so my little kitty wouldn't be alone. I met with Donna remotely first, then in person to give her the keys and go over everything. While away, she kept me fully informed, asked some questions, and sent lots of great pictures showing how happy and safe my cat was. Donna was great! Definitely recommend this service!

  We had an exceptional experience boarding our cat through Katie's Kitty. Our cat is extremely timid, struggles with separation anxiety, and has some very specific needs. After several disappointing experiences with in-home sitters, we decided to try boarding and honestly couldn't believe how well it went. Pamela was a dream come true. She immediately understood our cat's quirks, was endlessly patient with her timidity, and went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and cared for. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about our cat's well-being, and by the time we picked her up, it was clear that our cat had grown to trust her. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and having a clear boarding agreement outlining expectations and updates gave us peace of mind. For the first time since we've had our cat, we were actually able to enjoy our trip without worrying about how she was doing. We're incredibly grateful for Pamela's kindness, patience, and professionalism, and we'll absolutely book through Katie's Kitty again. We can't recommend them highly enough.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I entrusted Anna B with my two cats and she decided to have another cat in the home while sitting mine without telling me. As everyone who owns cats already knows, you cannot introduce cats like this. And how did I find out? The cat was in the background of the update photo she sent on night one. I insisted on a full refund and rightfully received it, but have heard absolutely nothing from management (Ed), no apology from Anna B who "didn't know what the big deal was" and got zero responses to my two emails. Very disappointing experience. I cannot speak for other sitters or managers, but based on my experience I'd recommend choosing another boarding company!
