Ordered via doordash since I ran out of food for my dog but couldn’t step out to hand pick 2 frozen packets & 2 fresh (non-frozen) so I can feed my dog the same day. Upon placing the order via doordash, I went and called this place MULTIPLE times with no one to pick up the phone to hand pick the 2 fresh packs for me from the front refrigerator. Upon arrival, just 4 blocks of frozen food that I couldn’t feed my dog for 1.5 day til they thawed. I had to run to whole foods the same night to cook my dog a plain steak instead. Pretty useless store and the staff and also they should have the option to select via ordering apps whether fresh or frozen (if available for frozen/fresh items). I dread this place at all costs and will go to the one in Lincoln Square instead.

If you don't get the food that's made at this location, you're getting the food that was s not from Cali. I found out after buying a d feeding my puppy that the food from Cali doesn't cook there carrots and sweet potatoes thoroughly. Leading to chucks of undigested veggies in his poop. Do not listen to them, it's not the same, Cali's come out like pate, not ground beef chunks anywhere
