  Huge thank you to the entire team at Heart of Chelsea – West Village! We brought our two new kittens in for their first checkup today, and we couldn't have felt more welcomed or well cared for. Everyone was kind, attentive, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We're so happy to have found our neighborhood vet and look forward to bringing our cats back for years to come. Highly recommend!

  Everyone was so kind and accommodating! My sweet dog was having tummy issues and they got her in immediately and paid so much attention to detail and made harper, who hates the vet, feel safe and comfortable.

  We cannot say enough good things about Heart of Chelsea West Village. Dr. Siebert, Anthony, Anne - everyone there is so kind, helpful, and genuinely cares so much about the animals. Bentley gets really anxious at the vet and they’re always so patient with him and make him (and us) feel comfortable instead of rushed or stressed. The team has been amazing helping us deal with his recurring ear issues. I always feel like they actually listen, explain everything clearly, and really care about getting him feeling better (not just getting us in and out). It’s such a good feeling knowing Bentley is in such good hands every time we go there. So grateful for the whole team and the care they give him.
