  Anthony was amazing! So thorough and great with my dog. Jessica was very welcoming, and Dr. Siebert was awesome. He even showed me digital photos of my dog’s ear infection. I appreciate how detail - oriented he was. So happy to have them in the west village. I’ve had my dogs at three different places in the west village, prior to this, best experience so far.

  I just had an amazing experience at the West Village location! This was my first time here as I usually go to the Chelsea location. This one is closer to my home in Tribeca. I’ve been with Heart of Chelsea for 19 years!!! Three dogs and counting have been in their care. They give the most incredible care and this location is wonderful. Dr. Lousaint was incredible with my dog Sunny and Anthony who I’ve known for years and cared for my other shih-tzus was amazingly attentive! Everyone here is wonderful. I’m so excited for this location. And it was awesome to see Vance here who I know from the Chelsea location!

  Dr. Siebert means a great deal to me; he is not only an exceptional veterinarian but also a wonderful person. My dogs, Emma and Holly, are incredibly important to me, and I always strive to give them the best care possible. I have visited four Heart of Chelsea locations just to ensure I can book an appointment with him for the past seven years. He consistently delivers outstanding care for my girls, and being a vet truly seems like his calling—his compassion for both his patients and their owners is evident. As previously mentioned, I’ve now visited four locations, and every staff member and technician I have met has been excellent. The receptionists consistently act professionally, both on the phone and in person, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. My wait times have been minimal. The technicians show true kindness and compassion. At this particular site, the staff surpassed my expectations. Krisztina, the technician, carefully explained Holly’s ear infection medication and showed me how to use it. Afterward, both she and Vance, the receptionist, assisted me with directions to the nearest accessible train station so I could get home. They even offered me water for my journey since the weather was unusually hot that day.
