Rocky has had the same vet for the past 12 years, so having to find new vet after all this time was daunting, but I am so glad to have been referred to Heart of Chelsea and Dr. Fracapane. Everyone was welcoming, up front about costs, and most importantly, treated my little guy incredibly well. It puts my mind at ease to know we have Dr. Fracapane and the team at Heart of Chelsea for Rocky’s ongoing care.

Dr. Fracapane and team go above and beyond every single time I bring in my cats Tumbles and Acrobat - a few weeks ago we had our annual. Tumbles has anxiety and yet your team treats him with such love and kindness through his fights and screams. No matter what happens they treat him like he is their baby. And the same with Acrobat. He is scared and quiet and they are so gentle with him. No matter the need they are there to help and treat your fur baby as if they were their own. Acrobat had an emergency and Dr. Fracapane went out of her way to get him in to be seen, to make sure she was able to check him herself, and the staff has been checking in on him daily. I moved from the LES to the UWS when the cats were about 2. I still commute to you because your facility is the ONLY place I trust with my babies.

Everyone at the heart of Chelsea veterinarian group at the Lower East Side location is amazing! They genuinely care about their patients and their patients’ parents. They’re extremely warm and welcoming and their customer service is exceptional! The veterinarian care, as well as the nursing care is comprehensive with a meticulous and detailed approach. My many thanks to everyone involved in taking care of my kitten, who is newly rescued from a shelter and unfortunately had a parasite. Together as a team, we all worked extremely hard in making sure my little kitten has a healthy and happy life ahead! I highly recommend the heart of Chelsea to anyone who has a beloved addition to their home.

The best vets I have been to in NYC.My Chiqui Chihuahua was strangely relaxed. Not aggressive. He is usually kind of vicious in a tiny way. I Totally recommend it. Super friendly relaxed professional place.

The staff are so professional and kind. The sweet receptionist warmly greeted us and offered me water. The tech, Nina, was very attentive and kind and Dr Laura was also such a lovely and professional presence and they were all so good to my Wolfi♥️♥️♥️
