  This practice is exceptional! Eden, Natasha, Jailene, Skylar, Allen, Nicky, Vicky, Odetta, and Lisa have been so amazing the entire time I’ve taken my pets here. I would trust any of my pets with Dr. Chu, Dr. Fracapane, and Dr. Harrington. Great medicine and great customer service. Thanks y’all for all your hard work and dedication to vet med!

  I just would like to give huge praise to Dr Harrington and Jailene ! My cat had an infected paw and they treated him amazing ! Very kind very nurturing and gentle with my fur child Stewie. 100% never going anywhere else. Great staff great people you can tell they really care about animals.

  I sought Dr. Chu to be the central member of my 9.5-year-old Corgi's care team to help me navigate and coordinate his complicated needs. Dr. Chu did not disappoint. She provided a routine/annual exam and then addressed my concerns (excessive scratching and lameness following TPLO surgery). Dr. Chu was patient, attentive, and gentle in her handling of my pup. She prioritized services to avoid stressing an already weary pup. Although I came in thinking I needed X-rays, she reminded me that they were taken recently and that another wouldn't be necessary. A couple of days later Dr. Chu called to check up on my boy and also shared that she took the extra step of consulting a radiologist regarding the X-rays. It is a relief to find a veterinarian who provides such clear medical updates and truly understands the concerns of a pet owner. Thank you for the excellent care and for making us feel so welcome.

  We wanted to sincerely thank Natasha for helping us so much during our visits. We’ve been preparing our dog for overseas treatment/travel, and there were many tests, medical records, certificates, and other requirements involved. Natasha has always been patient, kind, and attentive since the beignning. She spent a lot of time helping us coordinate everything and answering our questions carefully. We truly felt that she wanted to help us through this process as smoothly as possible. Thank you again, Natasha. We genuinely appreciate all the care and support you gave to our little family.
