  This place is a crazy trap. If you don’t want to lose $1000 for nothing, don’t come here!! If you want to talk about this, you can respond and I will give you a call to tell you what happened. If I could give zero start, I would. Long story short: At the at the beginning they show me the estimate, and tell me that there’s a discount and the total is $288 so I agreed to proceed. I thought that’s everything I need to pay. And then when the doctor came, she started doing this and there, and she didn’t say anything about the price so I thought it’s all included. During the whole time, they never mentioned charging for additional services or price increase. And then, at the end the nurse showed me the the bill and it’s $714?! You can see the items there: They used the wood’s light on my cat, and it is $61? But the estimate that was shown to me at the beginning was $288, and we both agreed on it! During the process, not once did they mention the additional price, and just did this and that. I almost want to call the police because this is basically scam and literally criminal.

  Excellent experience from front counter staff, interaction with VET Asst Kayla to Dr Wang. Very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. We were from out of town but our son plans to use them when he gets a dog.

  The team at Hell’s Kitchen was compassionate and communicated clearly during an appointment where my kitty really wasn’t doing well. I recommend them 1000%.

  In 2011, I brought my first mini wirehaired dachshund, Schatzie, to be cared for at the 18th Street practice. I think that was the only location at that time. Over the years, I've had wonderful experiences with any drs. and when I moved from the Flatiron area to 110th St. on the westside, I moved my care to your then new Hell's Kitchen location. Schatzie recently passed and you honored her memory with a tree. I was really touched. Now I've returned with my new mini wirehaired doxie, Fanny, to the HK location. She's receiving the same wonderful care. Just wish you'd open an Upper Westside location!
