  What is the concept of an appointment? "The concept of an appointment is an arrangement in which a specific time and often a place are agreed upon in advance for people to meet, receive a service, discuss a matter, or carry out a planned activity." My dog needed a much needed service therefore I took the time to book a slot and come in 20 mins earlier to edge-case any timing/availability, but it appears that this place is inconsiderate of this concept. I also understand that this vet location may be busy at times so therefore I left since my scheduled time was nearing the end to give time back to others coming in and spare them from having them waste away with no doctor coming in the cubicle. I may as well go back to Small Door vet as I've never experienced this with them or maybe some other location within Manhattan.

  The quality of professional and compassionate care is such that even after a visit that involved uncomfortable procedures, Kuro still wanted to stay! Thank you for being part of Hell's Kitchen!

  It's a great clinic but my concern is pricing and payment... some of there prices are a Lil high and they don't accept payment plans... sometimes life gets hard and bill pile up but we still need care for our fur babies and I think they can be a little more lienein with pet parents ❤️
