- GMGabb MAug 4, 20262.0It was okay felt rushed. Vet came in gave the vaccine walked out less than 3mins. First time kitten mom, staff could’ve been warm and kind. Or at least fake it. Probably won’t return to this location.
- VVVivianJul 30, 20261.0I was overcharged for a wellness visit on 12/02/24 for my cat even though I brought in the coupon for a free first time exam. I only noticed today because I was getting ready to schedule another appointment for my cat, and found the invoice for the exam said $88 and not $0. Very discouraging since I otherwise had a good experience…. EDIT: The auto response says they are addressing my concern but don’t believe that - no one has contacted me or answered the phone all day and I have called throughout the day. Willing to update my review if this changes, I left a voicemail and Biscuit was my cat so call me back
- CCCesarTJul 20, 20261.0Would rather go to a real animal clinic. Came here for a vet check up for my kitten. I was put in a room with only the assistant I never once met the doctor. The doctor never stepped in the room to even see my cat or speak to me. The assistant took my cat to the back room to apparently see the doctor. I really would’ve loved to speak to the doctor myself, but instead the doctor was using the assistant as a messenger from the back office the doctor was in. It’ll be nice if the doctor can step into the room next time so they can interact with the customer and see if the customers has any additional questions. Will be my last time coming here.
