- AIA. I.C.Sep 12, 20261.0I really hate going into this store or any PetCo for that matter. I only go because they are a hub for the brand Just Food for Dogs. The staff is unhelpful if you can find anyone on the floor. The store is always a mess. Pallets all throughout the store, debris, merchandise thrown everywhere. There’s this smell when you enter there…it’s fowl. Terrible customer service. Long lines with one register open. There’s always something wrong with every transaction that delays customers with getting checked out. I just hate it.
- LLLisaSep 11, 20261.0The worst grooming service in all petco... Rude people ride service... Don't waste your time bringing your babies here.
- HMHector MejiasSep 8, 20265.0The staff was very professional and courteous. Melissa was extremely helpful with me and answered all my questions with a smile. If I didn't understand something at first she would easily clarify it for me. The kindess was amazing and they took great care of my dog with kindness and love and prescribed to me everything he needed for recovery. I would recommend this place to everyone..
- CHChristie HudsonSep 6, 20261.0My experience was not pleasant. I visited this petco with my son as I was getting him his first fish. We needed a tank as well. There was a gentleman that was working by the fishes and another lady who was probably the shift manager on the floor at the time. I walked up to the gentleman and asked him if he could help me with picking out a fish. He stopped and said umm… I’m about to do something and walked off. The lady who was there looked at me asking for help and went back to being on her phone. I approached her and asked if she could help me and her face said it all. She prolonged a bit and bit and finally walked up to us. I mentioned, the customer service is not great here. When I said that, that is when she kind of opened up and looked as if she wanted to help.
- DDDennis DeleoAug 27, 20265.0The staff and team at the Petco in Mt. Vernon are the best. The young lady that took care of me at the counter was packing out merchandise and when she saw me walking over to check out, she hustled over to the register and politely completed the purchase. My only complaint was that there is never any Fresh Step cat litter in stock.
