- PLPam LawrenceApr 8, 20261.0Let me start by saying I usually go to the Danbury Petco location for grooming and they do an absolutely fantastic job, but they were fully booked so I dropped my dogs off at the Mt Kisco location and went to get my car cleaned. I have Corgis so I always get the de-shedding package and it is amazing - they come home smelling fresh and clean and the shedding is under control for weeks. Yesterday when I was driving them home from Mt Kisco, instead of smelling fresh and clean, my whole car smelled like wet dog and after I took them out of my newly cleaned car there was hair everywhere. This morning when my dog shook hair flew everywhere, and they didn't clip my dogs nails at all. One of my dogs has a habit of chewing her nails to tiny sharp points. This morning I could hear both my dog's nails on the floor so I looked and her nails were still sharp and pointy. I could have saved myself $180 and groomed them at home. I really could have done a better job. However, I can't recommend the Danbury location highly enough. From now on that is my only groomer.

Both stores are neat, clean, well organized, with friendly helpful customer service. They always have what we are looking for. I’ve had same day delivery from the Mount Kisco location and they did a fabulous job with fulfillment accuracy and prompt delivery. I like shopping from the online website too though normally I usually shop from the actual stores more often. We’re glad to have them around and that our pets are welcome in there too. They also have a great selection of bird seed.
