- YSYamile SaberlinaJul 2, 20241.0Negligence and Incompetence. They didn’t update my dog’s records and now I cant schedule training or grooming appointments because my dog shows as unvaccinated. I have been repeating myself with their costumer service for a month now. If something like this happens, Vetco says they have no means of contacting the vet that performed the vaccination to update the record. My dog had a reaction to the vaccine the first time around so it’s not just a simple matter of re-vaccinating her. Every time I call they talk to me like I’m the one who didn’t update the records. DONT USE VETCO. Go to an actual vet with whom that you can follow up.

- TTTAug 26, 20184.0The Petco staff is very helpful & FRIENDLY (4 STARS) . The Vetco tech leaves A LOT to be DESIRED (HALF A STAR). Tom doesn't follow the posted hours of service and treats you like he's doing you a favor. If the end of the vet day is 5pm, then it's 5pm, NOT 4.55pm. And the vet shouldn't cow tow to him. Big disappointment. BIG.
