I took my dog on Sunday to go get her rabies shot. The appointment was at 2:45 but we had a little emergency that we had to come early so I came in at 12 and I asked the lady if she can do her shot now and she said it was not a problem. She gave her the shot and then all of a sudden the payment for some reason didn’t go through. Came in the next day to make the payment when I made the payment, they said that they will take care of it and I keep asking for the record because she is not allowed to get a bath or cut anywhere without a record so I have the receipt I sent in the email and they keep telling me well we’ll see we will see we will see and one lady put me on hold and she kept saying we’ll see what we can do. She was being kind of rude about it and never came back to help Me very disappointed. This is probably the second time that’s happening.
