Once I arrived literally the day after (6/4) I was told that my order was put back on the shelf because it’s been sitting for 3 days. I showed both employees on shift the receipt for my order on the app. They gaslit me and told me that it was showing that my order was “returned” on the 3rd not brought. So I proceeded to show them my bank account statement showing that I most definitely brought my order online the day prior. Granted the girl was very kind, but however that was the last $12 to my name and now my cats are without wet food AGAIN for several days until this money bounces back to my account. She apologized for the inconvenience, and was helpful with some questions I had but I’ll never place an online order again. You’ve been warned.
