  I was looking for an Angel fish and the employee was extra helpful in knowing what was available and answered other questions I had. Going back to a knowledgeable person is so so important to a successful business!

  Helped by Steve in the fish department, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to all my questions. Will be returning. Always enjoyed the fish selection in the past, however very over priced corals.

  I got 2 angel fish and 2 panda Cory's on a Sunday and by that Wednesday not only were all 4 new fish dead but my entire tank, some fish I had for over 2 years, we're infected and dead.

  I placed an online order on 6/3. I was told previously that I had 72 hours to pick my order up. Once I arrived literally the day after (6/4) I was told that my order was put back on the shelf because it’s been sitting for 3 days. I showed both employees on shift the receipt for my order on the app. They gaslit me and told me that it was showing that my order was “returned” on the 3rd not brought. So I proceeded to show them my bank account statement showing that I most definitely brought my order online the day prior. Granted the girl was very kind, but however that was the last $12 to my name and now my cats are without wet food AGAIN for several days until this money bounces back to my account. She apologized for the inconvenience, and was helpful with some questions I had but I’ll never place an online order again. You’ve been warned.
