- JKJessica KlinglerSep 26, 20265.0Love to see an old school Petco around. Their birds were super healthy, happy, and in a room with stackable large cages. The newer remodeled stores keeps their birds in these small glass cabinets with a single perch in the middle. They had a great selection of bird products and I didn’t almost get run over in the parking lot unlike the petsmart in town lol
- SRS RSep 26, 20261.0Had a very bad disturbing interaction with one of the groomers at this location She is very rude and condescending. This is the second rude interaction I had with her the first time I brought my dog in she was on the phone, so I waited patiently. She was on the phone for like 3 minutes, didn't acknowledge me on anything. Finally, I said, hello, I'm here for my appointment. She just looked and she said, okay, I said, I would like him to get a teddy bear cut. She said, well, what's a teddy bear cut to you real...Nasty, like, and she was on the phone with another customer, and she had him on speakerphone. It was an older gentleman, and the way she was talking to that man was disgusting. On the second occasion, after I left the store She went into my account and tracked my orders and emails then called me and told me that I have several accounts, she's rude and weird.
