  This Banfield location has been incredible with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring that everything would go well leading up to my puppy’s neuter and gastropexy. We had to change the date several times and the team was very accommodating. I also wanted to shoutout vet Dorothy and her attentive care and concern for my pup. He was having some gastro issues and I was very concerned about the double procedure, and she spoke with me on the phone several times to walk me through the surgery and the meds to ensure he was going to be well taken care of. There aren’t many Banfield locations that offer the gastropexy procedure, which was something opted to do as a preventative procedure, and I’m happy we did it here. The vet didn’t push me into getting this done as an upsell, gave her professional opinion, and left that decision to me. We drove from Brooklyn to get this done at this location, and although it was a stressful journey, the team here made me feel confident in my decision to get it done. He’s recovering so well!

  This Banfield refuses to see pets if you don’t sign up for one of their bullshit wellness plans. I’m not sure how a veterinary practice can blatantly tell people on the phone looking for services that they will only service their members. I will be calling corporate.

  The Vet was amazing to me and my animals. I have specail needs bulldogs and the vet was patient and kind and answered all my questions. The visit was care focused and not sales focused

  I have been using Banfield for years, so when I moved to Montgomery NY I knew I wanted to find a Banfield where my pets and I feel comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, I tried the Banfield in Newburgh before I tried the one in Middletown. The Newburgh Banfield was an awful experience and I almost gave up hope and came to the conclusion that I would have to drive an hour back to my usual Banfield whenever I would need to take my pets to the vet. Until I went to the Middletown Banfield. The women working at the front desk were so accommodating, understanding and knowledgeable! And the vet who worked with both of my pups was absolutely incredible! Dr. Masucci was patient with my anxious one and a half year old rescue and went at a slow pace to earn my pups trust and make him comfortable! He also worked so well with my newer pup who is also a rescue and answered all the questions we had and addressed any concerns that were pressing at the time. I am so happy we found a Banfield not only we like but also where our dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and understood by their doctors! Thank you Banfield Middletown NY and Dr. Masucci!!!
