  This is a rave review for Dr. Hannah Sit. She squeezed in my visit to her with my little dog, and could have not have shown more care, concern, expertise, and patience with him -- or with me, his worried human! I'm so grateful to have found her at the 77th Street Bond Vet. I wish that I could give her many more than five stars!

  Been coming here with my dog the last 3 years! I’ve liked all the vets that have seen my dog. They are attentive to his needs and the staff is very communicative.

  I used this vet initially because they were close to my apartment and always got us in and out quickly. They are higher priced, but I was willing to tolerate this for the speed. Over the past year I’ve noticed escalating wait times and mediocre care. At my most recent visit I walked in and no one was at the reception desk and it took nearly 5 minutes before anyone came out to check us in. We then waited another 25 minutes in a relatively empty lobby to be seen for a simple vaccine booster. Meanwhile someone who arrived 15 minutes after us was seen before us. Given the disorganization at this practice, we won’t be returning.

  I had a great experience with this veterinary clinic. The staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my pet received prompt, thorough care. It’s reassuring to know there’s a clinic that can provide both primary and urgent care when needed. Everyone treated my pet with kindness and genuine concern, which made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about their patients and clients

  Bad experience! Took too long to fill a prescription and never contacted us when it was ready, so we ordered it online on their website. Days later we get a text from them that they finally had filled it and to come pick it up. It was more expensive than the online order. It feels like we were charged more for their mistakes and were offered no other options. Not a good experience. The people at the front are friendly but their process is broken and we feel screwed over with their more expensive pricing in person and online.
