Great experience at Bond Vet Upper West Side. My 17 year old dog was suffering from a collapse trachea. I was able to get him seen quickly by the vet. I was impressed that they called our regular vet in Vermont to get his records. The vet prescribe medication and my dog is finally comfortable and resting. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Let’s just say Bond Vet is the only place I would trust my pet entirely. My now 7 year old English bulldog, Valentina has been with Bond Vet since she was 3 months old. She received her first vaccines there and they have accompanied us through every emergency, stenotic nares surgery. Val was also spayed with Bond Vet and most recently after a scary diagnosis while she was outside of NY for a few months they assisted in reviewing her records and provided us with a second opinion. I am extremely thankful for their customer service and attention to detail. They always send over notes and results in a promptly timing which makes everything with insurance easier and smooth. Valentina now shares two homes and has a Vet outside of NY, but knowing that I can faithfully still count on Bond Vet for any questions or concerns is really comforting. Thank you for all that you do. Staff is amazing, their offices are always clean and organized. During this last rodeo, Valentina has been treated my Dr. Stephenson at the UWS 77th location and he is simply amazing, we are always receiving follow up messages to check on Val and its truly appreciated.

I visited Bond Vet UWS yesterday for the first time with my dog who wasn't feeling too well. It was such a pleasant experience. I had little to no wait to get back into the room, and also to see the vet once I was in the room. Dr Oak was so warm, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We are new to NYC and extremely happy to have found a vet office that truly cares! They also sent a message checking in on my dog last night post visit. Thank you Dr. Oak and team for taking such great care of our girl. (BTW- they did not ask for this review- but they certainly deserved it!)

Bond Vet has been AMAZING! The front desk staff at West 91st Street and West 77th Street have been so helpful with assisting us with our cat via telephone, portal and phone calls up until we brought her in today. We enjoy bringing our cat to Bond Vet.
