  Took my fur baby to see Dr. Kumar for the first time and she was so gentle and explained everything very clearly, and the staff was very patient, polite and professional . Atmosphere was very clean also. Dr.Kumar made me feel like she cared about my concerns for my fur baby. I plan on returning. THANK YOU KINDLY BOND-VET.

  We’ve visited this Bond Vet location three times because it’s next to our apartment, and unfortunately, each visit has left us with the same concerns: unclear pricing, poor communication, and a feeling that we’re being pushed toward additional charges. Veterinarians have switched during consultations, making it difficult to follow who is responsible for our dog’s care. When we’ve declined certain services, the quoted price has seemed to increase substantially, without a clear explanation. Their app has also caused confusion. Our dog received a three-year rabies vaccine at this very clinic, yet the app indicated he was due for another one before that period had passed. That discrepancy further undermined our trust in their recommendations. We want clear explanations, transparent pricing, and confidence that recommendations reflect our dog’s needs. After three visits, we don’t have that confidence here. Based on our experience, I would encourage other pet owners to look elsewhere.

  We had to bring our newly adopted dog in on an emergency, he fainted as we were out walking. Dr. Adams and the team got us in quickly and smoothly. After the initial look it was decided that our pup was dehydrated and needed an IV stat. The team took very good care of our boy and Bond Vet has a new client!! Thanks team.

  I always take my kitties to Bond! Dr. de Koning at the 91st location is a dream. She really spends time with you, is refreshingly empathic, and is very responsive over email any time I’ve had follow up questions or concerns. The veterinary assistant, Amy Torres at 112th is also fantastic. Like Dr. de Koning, Amy is empathic, attentive, and was able to not only calm my anxious kitty down, but also me as an anxious cat mom with a whole lot of questions.

  I brought my cat Winston to Bond Vet because he was repeatedly spending long periods in the litter box, producing very little urine, licking himself, and had been vomiting. I was concerned about a urinary blockage, but left the appointment feeling reassured that he was okay. Unfortunately, I found Dr. Bryan Anderson to be very dismissive and standoffish during the visit, which made an already stressful situation even more upsetting. I did not feel that my concerns were taken as seriously as they should have been. Winston’s symptoms continued, and I ultimately took him to an emergency veterinary hospital, where I was told that his symptoms warranted emergency evaluation. The most disappointing part of this experience was feeling dismissed despite the potential seriousness of urinary issues in male cats. I’ve contacted Bond Vet management to request a review of his care. I really wanted to trust that Winston was safe after his appointment, and unfortunately that wasn’t the experience I had.
