  I had a really good experience with this bond vet location! All the staff is so so nice, everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming. The doctor was very calm and knowledgeable and I trusted him with my cat!

  I couldn't be more grateful for the care provided by Dr. Barrena and Rita when I had to bring our beloved cat, Nadia, in to be euthanized. When I got to the clinic, I stood outside for just a moment and burst into tears, and Rita came right out and led me directly to a beautifully calm and set up room that was ready for us. It was very peaceful with lots of supportive touches, such as water and tissues, treats, and a button to press whenever I needed them. Rita was so compassionate going over the administration part of everything. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Barrena. She was so kind and compassionate with me and Nadia. She gave me all the time that I needed to explain everything and helped me understand the process (I had never had to put an animal down before). She truly made my cat so comfortable and gave her lots of attention. She let me wrap my cat in her favorite blanket, with her favorite stuffed animal, and keep her wrapped in my arms. She gave me plenty of time between each step and let me guide everything timing wise. I couldn't be more grateful - this is obviously a painful time, but she made it as peaceful and calm as possible and made sure Nadia was in no pain and was not scared. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Barrena's care and the compassion and support provided by her and Rita.

  Dr. Luke Bartels and Mia are absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided for my kitten. They were both kind, patient, compassionate, and attentive, making sure my little one was well taken care of. It means so much to have a veterinary team that treats your pet with so much love and genuine concern. As a pet parent, knowing your kitten is in good hands gives you so much peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. I highly recommend Dr. Luke Bartels and Mia to anyone looking for exceptional care for their furry family members! 🐾❤️

  I'm super relieved & blessed that my 4 year old tabby, Kilala, was attended with such detail, consideration and love 🙏 Dr. Stankus was awesome with our visit she was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and patient 😊 Miss Stephanie was wonderful with attending to both our needs. I'm truly grateful for this vet office and for their superb staff. Even got educated in a laser treatment to ease her discomforts and pains. Thank you Bond Vet.🥰 Our 😇

  I am specifically writing this review to shout out Alexis and Mia who work at Bond vet on east 86th street. This is kind of a gross thing to say but I don’t think anything but the truth will illustrate what a kind and amazing thing they did to help me. I was on my way out after the appointment when my Bulldog, who had to be wheeled there in a stroller because it was so hot out, had a massive number 2 accident in the STROLLER! They were so amazing and dropped everything to help me get my dog out of that very messy stroller and cleaned up the whole thing for me. They helped me clean up my dog as well! I don’t think i really need to spell out how incredibly kind that was of them. It was such a mess and they helped me out so much i can’t put it into words. They had such a great attitude about it also. I really thank them from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget them for it. Thank you so much Mia and Alexis!!!!
