  Dr.Helen Yu, Grethil and Dante I had such a great experience at Bond Vet with my dog, Milo. The veterinarian, nurse, and assistant were all incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while helping him with his eye. I especially want to thank Gretil, who was extremely helpful throughout the visit. She is bilingual and took the time to explain everything to me in Spanish, which made it much easier for me to understand what was going on with Milo and feel comfortable with his care. I really appreciated her patience, kindness, and willingness to make sure I understood everything. The entire team made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and I’m very grateful for the care and compassion they showed Milo. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy! 🐾❤️

  We made a walk in appointment request because we wanted to see if they could see our new puppy. We submitted it TWO HOURS before the walk in time at 12 PM, got confirmation, and literally got into a taxi and traveled all the way there. Then, FIVE MINUTES before our appointment, the front desk person suddenly messaged us saying they were not able to see her and that we would have to wait until 7:30 PM. We asked why they waited until literally FIVE MINUTES before our appointment to tell us, and we never got an answer. The front desk person was incredibly unhelpful and completely failed to explain what happened. We were so disappointed. We were actually hoping this would be our puppy’s forever vet because the place has such great reviews, so we were genuinely excited to bring her here. Instead, we spent time making the walk in request, getting confirmation, taking a taxi all the way there, only to be told at the last possible second that they couldn’t see her. Honestly, what a frustrating first impression. If you knew you couldn’t see us, why on earth wait until 5 min before the appointment to let us know?

  Esther Yoon, Grethil, and Selena all helped me today. They were so great and patient with my diabetic cat who was lethargic and not eating. Dr. Yoon had great bedside manner and took the time to explain everything in detail with me. This is my first time at this specific location but I will be coming back, thank you again to all the staff that helped!

  Dr. Esther Yoon Grethil and Salena. They are amazing and so kind to my pets. They are extremely thorough and spent so much time walking me through everything. I feel safe with my cats in their care!
