  I have a large rescue Pit Bull that I was nervous about taking to the vet for the first time based on some reactivity she can have. On our first visit and every visit since, the staff has been excellent with her and gives her lots of treats and love so she can get through her visits. They have never been bias toward her breed (which a lot of people can be) which made me feel so at ease. She even loves it here so much she will pull here on our walks and stop out front. She has also had a mass removal surgery here and the surgery process was seamless, they sent updates throughout the day and gave her the best care. Thank you Bond Vet!

  I have never had such an experience. We were at the NOHO clinic and paid 4k for our dogs tooth cleaning. At first, a few things were bumpy. I was confused why my dog had to be dropped off so early (8am) but only got operated after 1pm. She was in a crate for many hours. I got over that part… One week after her procedure we wanted to go to a checkup and the clinic just closed. NOBODY mentioned this to us!!!! We show up it’s shut down. How strange is that???? So we picked the closest clinic and which is Broome st and tried to make an appointment there. Nobody picks up, just an AI agent. I have so many questions but most of all I’m shocked that we are not informed of any of this…how strange to pay 4k for a procedure and then the very shuts down before our checkup.

  The staff are kind and caring, and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences ans great advice from them. Five stars there. HOWEVER.”, the AI-automated platform makes getting in touch with a real human nigh on impossible. The vet told me days ago my kitten’s meds had to be compounded and that Mixlab would contact me directly—which hasn’t happened. I tried to call this location and got an AI phone assistant, which directed me to use the online prescription manager, which doesnt help at all as the meds haven’t been filled. I tried walking by this location, which is listed as open today, only to find it closed. My poor kitten is pooping blood as we speak. I’d appreciate some clarity here.

  Recently moved to the area and our cat was a little sick so we brought him to Bond Vet for the first time. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and in good hands. Great staff and vet! So kind, attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend them.
