⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bond Vet Kips Bay. I came to Bond Vet for one reason: the free heartworm test. I never canceled it, never refused it, and never once said I didn’t want it. Instead, I was charged for an exam, my dog was given a dose of Simparica Trio, and the heartworm test was never performed. I later learned that because there was no heartworm test on file, Bond Vet refused to provide a prescription for my dog’s continued heartworm prevention. My dog is now left without heartworm medication because of what happened during my visit. To make matters worse, I was told that I had canceled the heartworm test. That is simply not true. I believe this was an attempt to shift responsibility rather than acknowledge what happened. I brought my concerns to the Kips Bay manager, but instead of resolving the problem and making sure my dog remained protected, nothing was done. Heartworm prevention is essential for a dog’s health. Pet owners trust veterinarians to provide accurate care and clear communication. My experience left my dog without preventive medication and left me feeling unheard and unsupported. I hope Bond Vet investigates what happened and takes responsibility so no other pet owner has to go through this.

I had a great first experience at Bond Vet! My usual vet was closed on Sunday, and I needed an urgent care visit for my dog. Even though I was a new client, they were able to accommodate me last minute and even fit me back in later that same day when we needed to return for X-rays. Dr. Greenspan was wonderful—very attentive, patient, and thorough throughout the entire exam. The rest of the staff made the visit just as seamless. From the receptionists to the techs, everyone was professional and helpful. A special thanks to Camile, who was so kind and had the incredible patience needed to trim my dog's nails! I’m grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this vet and their entire team to anyone in need of quality care.

The vet is amazing. Took me last minute, explained everything along the way, very kind and compassionate. Helped navigate the care plan based on options o could take and let me decide. Dr. Kevin Mu, his techs, and the front desk staff are exactly what you want when you feel uncertain about your pets health. It was our first time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Waited for a veterinarian to call back an entire day and nobody did. The receptionist said someone would call by the end of the day, it didn't happen. You guys are not cheap. So the service should be better.

Genuinely the worst vets in the city. I took my cat MULTIPLE TIMES, saw all 3 vets (Dr. Mu, Dr. Prescott, Dr. Greenspan) and received vague answers each time, useless medication, and of course the recommendation to come back in a few weeks. After zero guidance and my cat's condition worsening, I took him to West Chelsea Vet and the treatment difference was night and day. The vets moved with urgency and insisted my cat get a biopsy--turns out he has cancer and only a few months left to live. If I stuck with Bond Vet, I would never known how bad my cat was deteriorating. Please do not go here--at best they're inefficient at their jobs and at worst they do not care about animals, only money.
