About

VeterinarianAnimal HospitalEmergency Veterinarian ServiceVeterinary Pharmacy
Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen is a modern and friendly veterinary clinic offering primary and urgent care. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — a simple concept that permeates everything we do. We know pets and people don’t really look forward to going to the vet, so we’ve reimagined the experience from the ground up. Our clinics are warm and welcoming, with neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture. We have an in-house tech team to build better, more seamless veterinary technology that makes it easy for pet parents to book appointments and vets to log records and communicate with clients. We offer options and upfront pricing when it comes to diagnostics and next steps.

Expensive - ok if you just need routine care and don’t mind the cost. Also I think they got bought by some PE firm so now the customer support has basically become nonexistent. Good luck dealing with that!

If you’re looking for a vet just for vaccinations I think this clinic is fine. They do tend to run behind later in the day so keep that in mind when scheduling. I had an appointment later in the day that ran 1 hour behind just for vaccines. The reason I’m giving this clinic 2 stars is because I noticed something wrong with my dogs eye. She kept squinting it and I took her to bond vet immediately. They were kind enough to fit me in right away and ran the dye test and flushed her eye and didn’t find anything and said probably something entered her eye and was irritating it. They gave me some ointment and it seemed to work. I stopped the ointment after 2 weeks as suggested and noticed her eye started to swell again. Reapplied the ointment and she was fine. Took her back to check the eye again and they told me I needed to see a specialist because now they suspected glaucoma which admittedly is odd for such a young dog. There was nothing more they could test or confirm on their side past what they had done before and waived the exam fee. Took her to a specialist the next day that they recommended to be told that my dog’s right eye has already gone blind. I was devastated. The eye specialist said it most likely happened the first time she exhibited symptoms bc her eye pressure spiked and it can happen quickly. Unless I catch it within 24 hours, there’s nothing I could do. I feel really regretful bc I feel like I caught it and took her to the vet immediately but the one thing that wasn’t tested was eye pressure. I wish I would have been suggested to go to the eye specialist immediately or been told there’s one more test we can’t do that you may want to consider but we don’t do that here. I suspect that bond vet in the last visit also came to the same conclusion that my dog had gone blind but didn’t want to break the news to me so instead referred me to the specialist to break the news. If your dog has eye issues please go straight to a specialist just in case or know that they don’t test eye pressure here.

The vets and techs themselves are mostly fine but as many other reviews have noted you just cannot get them to answer the phone or text and if you leave a message you wil never hear back. Their AI phone tree is the absolute worst I've ever experienced and completely useless and infuriating. Unforttunately I think am going to have to look for another vet - just trying to get someone on the phone to tell me if my puppy was ready to pick up was literally impossible. Not to mention they have multiple large jars in the waiting area for dog treats but they are ALWAYS empty, even in the morning. By itself that is a minor point, but sadly it is a pretty good refection of what their customer service attention is like. Just very badly run and it doesn't matter how good the vets are if the business is impossible to deal with.

Dr. Russell was amazing! So nice and informative. She answered all our questions and was so good with our baby. Prices are high, but quality of service is worth it.
