I had a great experience at this vet clinic. Dr. Wong was very kind, professional, and attentive to my cat. She explained the lab results clearly, answered my questions, and gave helpful recommendations for the next steps. The staff was also friendly and caring. I felt that my cat was in good hands, and I really appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommend!

The kindest, quickest, most accommodating staff at the FiDi Bond Vet. They’re gentle and understanding with my little rascal and I’m so grateful they were able to quickly treat her UTI. Appreciate ya’ll so much!

Dr. Buchalter has provided extraordinary care for both of our cats, one of whom has a medical history that would humble (and has) most specialists. What sets her apart isn't just the clinical judgment — though that is exceptional — it's the genuine commitment to her patients. She has gone above and beyond at every turn in ways we didn't know veterinary medicine could look like. Our cats are better for it, and we are deeply grateful to have found her.

To say I feel scammed and misled is an understatement. We’ve been coming to Bond Vet fidi since we got our dog almost 2 years ago and have loved it but it seems the staff has changed. I called two days ago because we just had a newborn and I missed a dose of his heartworm meds. They said it was fine we could just give him a tablet. I came in two days later and they advised it may be best to retest for heartworm and I agreed because of course my dogs health comes first. They said that would be $130 and the simparica trio would be $56. Totally fine. I was comfortable and saw the value in paying the ~$180-200 I was originally quoted. However when we went in with the rude nurse she gave us the quote which included a $68 nurses visit fee? That was kind of an unavoidable fee because we did have to see her to weigh my dog for the test but one would assume simply weighing the dog was part of the test not an additional $68. I get vet experiences are expensive because we want and need to provide the best care to keep our animals safe. But I would not have agreed to this and gone elsewhere had I known there would be an additional $68 to weigh my dog on top of the $130 testing fee. That seems like a money grab and honestly just stupid. The cherry on top is while we were waiting for the results of the test she comes out with the simparica trio as if we need to buy it now. I ask her why id buy that if we don’t know the results of the test? Then she got snappy walked away and slammed a door. I will say the front desk staff is always kind and helpful and really informative. I wish they could be the nurses instead lol. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and we will likely be switching vets. I came home so upset I had my husband call to speak to a manager and we left a message for them to call back. I really hope they do because I am very upset and feel scammed.

Been going to Bond Vet for a few years now. I love the accessibility to connect with a vet via the app. Bond Vet - Financial District is super convenient for me and a short walk from my apartment. Recently I took my cat in for a sick visit and they really took their time to understand our concerns and run tests. My cat can be extremely anxious and they always work around her without forcing her further out of her comfort zone.
