Bond Vet — East Village is a modern and friendly vet located in StuyTown, at 18th and 1st Ave. We specialize in urgent care and primary care, meaning timely medical needs for a rash, diarrhea, limping, coughing or other symptoms that indicate a non-life-threatening health issue as well as preventative care (annual exam, vaccines) For prompt treatment, we offer walk-in appointments, or you can book online. Bond Vet’s mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — we know pets and pet parents typically don’t look forward to vet visits, and we don’t think it has to be that way. We reimagined the experience, with warm and welcoming clinics, neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture.

My experience at Bond Vet was great- I’ve now been twice! I went to take my dog for shots and then to get spayed. The level of care that the team put in to my dog’s experience was amazing. Special shoutout to Stephanie, she was so kind, warm and made my dog feel comfortable when we did our initial visit. That’s a big deal for me! I’m grateful for the whole team, I will be back :)

I had a great experience with Bond Vet at East Village. My cat had a dental procedure under anesthesia (teeth extractions + cleaning) there and I could tell how well she was taken care of. I was kept updated on all the steps by Dr Han and my cat was under the supervision of nurse Diana and VA Stephanie after the procedure, both of whom went above and beyond to make sure she was OK. My cat seems to be recovering really well. I got a detailed list of instructions for postoperative care and will bring her for a free postoperative check-up in a few weeks to make sure everything is healing well.

Requested an international pet health certificate but the clinic did not submit the certificate to USDA for endorsement until 12 days after my request with no explanation or proactive communication. By the morning of my flight, the certificate still hadn't been endorsed, and instead of checking the status of the endorsement, which only vets can do, they kept saying they cannot do anything. The attention on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Took my kitten Miu Miu for his first vet visit at BondVet EV, I was a bit worried since he is my first pet, but the whole staff was incredibly helpful and so kind to me and him! Definitely going back

My cat was first misdiagnosed then refused care the following week. Doctors keep changing and don't seem to care. And there is an infuriating phone AI system that makes every call a stressful and long experience.
