Horrible experience. I arrived late but within 15 minutes of my appointment, which is the clinic’s stated grace period. Regardless, their very rude front desk person just said I couldn’t be seen. The manager then came out and said he woud “kindly” waive the no show even though it was in fact stated policy that the no show fee is only charged AFTER 15 minutes. I have now changed vets. These chain vets are all the same.

My senior dog has been seeing Dr. Heather Jimenez for several years! She is really knowledgeable, passionate, thorough and patient. I always feel like she’s one message away when I have questions and I really appreciate how supportive she is. The vets are super responsive via text. They provide great guidance without gate keeping. Huge shoutout to Dr. Lee too! My only gripe about this place is one of the female receptionists with dark blonde hair that ties her hair back. She is always in a miserable mood and is unprofessional.

Terrible pet care - Asked to have a refill on medication prescribed by another location 30 days prior and was informed that a full exam would be necessary. Yes another location said the exam would not be necessary? Forget about the inconsistency within what is supposed to be a network of clinics - this feels like a scheme to charge more per visit. Do better Bond Vet and to Dr Lee and Ann at the Chelsea location - your rudeness and lack of appropriate pet care put my dog at risk.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at this location. The male nurse was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very stressed because I had been struggling to give my puppy his medication, and he actually took the time to show me exactly how to give it to him properly. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and help. 🙏🏼🐶 It truly made such a difference and gave me so much peace of mind. Thank you again!

WORST SERVICE - just adopted a kitten they lure you in with FREE physical exam then you ask them few concerns about your cat given its my first kitten and without telling you that these are additional services the vet takes your pet and the nurse walks you thru the bill!!!
