Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Compassion or Understanding I am extremely disappointed with how this veterinary hospital handled my situation. I drove 40 minutes to bring my 6-month-old kitten in for an appointment because he had an urgent situation . Unfortunately, I arrived just 10 minutes late, and they refused to see him or offer any alternative solution. The reason I was late was because my kitten is extremely hyperactive and has a fear of enclosed spaces. It took me almost 30 minutes just to get him into his carrier. He then had to endure another 40 minutes in that carrier during the drive, only for us to be turned away without receiving any care. I completely understand that hospitals have policies and schedules, but where is the compassion and understanding? We are talking about a 6-month-old kitten who needed medical attention, not someone showing up late for a regular business appointment. What makes this even more upsetting is that his condition was potentially putting both him and my other cat at home at risk. Yet, there was absolutely no effort to help us or find a reasonable solution. A veterinary hospital should prioritize animal welfare and compassion, not treat every situation like a business transaction. Pet owners trust these places with the lives and well-being of their animals, and that responsibility should mean something. I find this level of inflexibility and lack of empathy completely unacceptable. To me, this reflects very poorly on the hospital’s management and priorities. Policies are important, but compassion should never be optional in veterinary care. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

Hi I'm requesting a refund $25 yesterday this never happened at 10am scheduled. I'm actually very offended that your services didn't meet my expectations. I was virtually assaulted the scales, systems, the data relief was not taken into consideration. My dog is healthy came in on a wellness visit, I asked my offers of questions and the doctor couldn't tell me the answers of what I wanted. They gave me services outside my scope of wanting to know; and assaulted my intelligence with false accusations of his weight and data, I'm his service handler proxy as god first of my chair of doctors who got an exam with my rights for the best of my animal, I see them perfect on occasions tho they did not lose 13 pounds in one month, your system off doctor wasn't old enough to help me, completly didnt answer a single concern of mine as proxy owner, instead told me my information is wrong, I feel deeply offended giving a prognosis before testing as the doctor in charge, I'm his nurse practitioner and more in supplemental health and insurances. I would like an apology with proper reaction time to the scope of bad faith not allowed. No exam, no exam for what I want and asked to check part of an exam to give my nurse practitioner responsibilities. You totally disregarded my health by taking away my rights too medication for my dog through exams that are considered free as a part of an exam for profits that are made on bad faith hunches or compromised data in the office air data systems, when not a word of what i said you understood as a good idea, you can give me a good answer of what i needed to know. I learned completely nothing. Now you charge me for a problem when your system totally disregard my rights and have information in the ai doctors office. You have to accept my private offer in order for me to be kept "out all the legal council practices out of the business"; instead lead the highest council in giving life. I'm head doctor please give me my money back. If I can still ask questions about my dogs weight, you need to know this why I asked for a private doctor that's for 'my' 'The' argument of health practitioner for my dog - is healthy enough to cycle back rather then disregard his puppy age. -It's important too be skillful enough to research critical theory God given life, gives; not for taken. Now I have to scrub my dogs braniac to make them feel best like how I know they are.

We used this veterinary hospital for our dog for several years, conveniently located, and the staff there was always a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend stopping in and saying hello to everyone if you’re considering going here.

First time visit. All staff friendly and efficient. The actual medical team were excellent - gentle but firm, check up/over quickly done and very thorough. Communication was excellent, with each step/process explained. Findings relayed very clearly, and staff very easy yo engage. Would definitely return.
